Talk about a blast to the past when it comes to toy shopping here.Not only do you get the "newer" toys but more importantly you can actually find some of your childhood favorites.I was blown away looking at a case of toys that took me about to when I was 5 years old! They were even selling old video game systems and games. They also have a really nice board game section with some wicked puzzles.The only downside, it gets pretty cramped in there so fighting your way around can be a pain.

This review is only for Tsum Tsum! Tsum Tsum means Disney stack stack. Ive been playing the Tsum Tsum game on the Line App for months. I got suckered in by seeing how adorable the Disney characters are. And now Im suckered in to purchasing and collecting the mini plush collection of Tsum Tsum. It is so CUTE! Each mini Tsum Tsum is about $5 Medium size is $13 Large size is $25

THIS PLACE IS SO CUTE! Its 2 stories filled with all the Disney characters I remember as a little kid. They had a few great deals going on for the costumes and toys so I think its not too expensive but the quality looks great. A nice play to stroll into even if you dont plan on purchasing everything. It would be fun to take any child into here!

Lacking as far as merchandising goes. Nothing you cant get online for cheap(er). Staff is super friendly. Not very big either. Does have that Disney charm going for it. The walls are just fun to watch and the music that plays throughout the store is always fun. Just wish they had more exclusive stuff.

Inside the store is great - the atmosphere is absolutely wonderful! But, when I called on an item, the worker who answered sounded bored and uninterested in anything I had to say. I expect quality customer service from the Disney Store, and they should at least try to sound like they want to help.

While the selection isnt as vast as the old Union Square location, the shopping experience is certainly upgraded. From the kind cast members to the magical touches to the store: Its all very well done. There wont be too much for the older Disney fans, but for the kids: Its a good place to stop by.

The customer service in this place is phenomenal!! I live in MD and called to order a product from them that they only seemed to have available in their store and the woman I spoke with was so extremely helpful and friendly!!! I recommend this location to anyone!!!! :)

The last Disney store in the city. I cant understand why the massive closure, but I use to love shopping for clothes for my girls when they were much smaller. This store is very cute. Dont forget to head upstairs because they have more things to look at.

Amazing Disney shop. I went there to buy some Star Wars gifts and found some great discounts. Their pricing and discount labels were off and I had to go several times to the register to check if the price and the deal was what I thought.

Any Disney store I go to is phenomenal and magical and this one is no exception. The detail and personalization is special. The service is first class, nothing less than I would expect from Disney. I cant wait to go back :)

That one is full of - surprise - Disney stuff! Was there for Muppet franchise, but Ive found just a little bit of that. But there is a lot of Star Wars and the all-time stars like Donald, Mickey and all the movies.

For all things Disney clothing and collectibles you cant go wrong. They only have stuff related to recent releases and Assocs like Mickey and Minnie. Just be warned, your kids will probably want everything.

Really great place to take kids or be a kid. As big as any store on Downtown Disney or Disney Springs and with a lot to offer with 2 floors. The staff are usually very friendly and the decor is always fun.

So i drive from serramonte center into the city because i was told that the downtown store closes at 9pm. I check the times and on Google the say the same. I show up and the close at 8pm...wow. Thanks.

I always pick something up for my kids here when in San Francisco. Staff is helpful and friendly. Product selection is good. I do wish they would have some more San Francisco-branded merchandise.

What else can you say? Everybody loves disney and for a good reason. this disney store is much like the others but its pretty good nethertheless. I have a 101 dalmations crew neck, its nice.

Its not a bad store. All Disneys stores that Ive been in are very good. Said that, this is not near the best that Ive seen. I think theres another store in San Francisco, but i havent been.

Standard Disney store, quite a large one with lots of variety and an upstairs. Significant amounts of constructing was occurring outside the store so this store may be hard to find.

This is the perfect place to go when you want to go to Disneyland but you sadly remember you have $20 in your bank account so the Disney store will have to do.

Great staff! With a 2 and a half year old, it was great to stop by for an hour for my son to run around. Especially in a city with so many undesirables around.

Store is quite small so it has a limited selection for each range. Would be fine if you are just interested in the most popular Disney products though
