I originally called the week of mothers day and asked they be delivered that friday before mothers day to my moms office. I called back and rescheduled for them to be delivered when my mom would return from vacation and they were more than accommodating. I had to change quite a bit of info including the address, name to deliver to, and personalized card. I live in maryland so I had no idea what would be delivered (i just told them something colorful and affordable) and if they would be delivered at a decent time. They were delivered on her lunch break at work. She sent me a picture of them and they were FAR more beautiful than i expected for the price. everything was perfect. I will definitely use them again as will my mom!

Needed flowers before a certain time to make our 20th anniversary surprise turn out right. Was told by them there would be no problem. They ruined a special moment, I would have gladly picked them up myself if I would have known they could not make it on time as told when I ordered them. When inquiring on the whereabouts of the delivery I was told it would be $20 extra to be guaranteed to be delivered on time. Thanks but no thanks.

I phoned (from Texas) to order Mothers Day flowers. I requested the flowers be sent to my daughter from her three year old son (who needs a bit of help from Gram every now and then:-) Terri - at Livermore Valley Florist- was wonderful! She patiently and cheerfully took the order. The beautiful basket of flowers was delivered just as planned to surprise a very special Mommy on Mothers Day. Thank you!!
