They care about their customers! This is a family run shop and even if you, the customer, might not come in for a few years...they are still just as friendly! I for one had not been to the donut shop in years, but the moment I walked in they were asking me how I was doing and asking me how my grandma (who hasnt been to that shop in over 7 years) was doing. I definitely feel like I matter!
