People...please dont get all bent over backwards about service at Walmart, condition of product, or lack of product. We are talking about WALMART...where employees dont get paid very much to begin with, and prices so cheap, of course they run out of stuff! If you ask a stupid question...why are you surprised when you get a stupid answer?! With that said...this is my neighborhood Walmart. It is better than most Walmart stores I have been to. I feel safe walking through the parking lot with my family. There is nobody in the parking lot trying to sell me a tamale or knock off watch. There are no drug dealers or thugs hanging out trying to be hard or claiming territory. The store itself is conveniently located, clean, and generally the people that work there are friendly. Not everyone is a model employee, but hey we are talking about Walmart and my expectations are not very high. If you dont like it...PLEASE SHOP SOMEWHERE ELSE! Nobody is making you shop there. No you dont deserve 5 star service because as I mentioned...its WALMART...where price is cheap and customer service is not expected. Just keep your buyer beware hat on and its all good. If you can accept that...youll have a great time shopping at Walmart! Less people shopping at my Walmart is better for us that do appreciate it being in our neighborhood! Thank you!

There was only a handful of times I felt arbitrarily discriminated against; the most appalling was when I tried to buy cigarettes but wasnt permitted to because me and my friends who were in close proximity "looked under 40," and happened to be in the tobacco checkout lane. My friend never gestured toward, looked at, held, touched, talked about tobacco while in line behind me. She needed to buy a high theft item usually kept and exclusively sold behind the counter. I asked for cigarettes I buy every other day and instead of checking my I.D. the clerk demanded to see my friends. When I saw this "limited access" technique done to others, it was for good reason but never fully enforced, exceptions were made for others. But even when I took my friends home, and came back managers werent Satisfied and refused to sell me something Im legally permitted to buy. Btw my friends were 22 & 28. Generally though I do enjoy going here because its usually fast convenient and friendly. I still go here because it is across the street from my house. Most of the employees are actually quite friendly. But incidents like that will forever leave a bad taste in my mouth as no apology was issued, management actually called me to tell me how right they were to refuse a lawful sale. How bout now?

Everyone is rude and they sold me the display camera not in the right box didnt realize it till we got home and opened the box the lense was broken the camera was used or looked warn no battery no charging adapter no cables took it back and they wouldnt not give me the right camera take in mind we also purchased the warranty for 2 years we had to call the corporate office and explain what happened. The assistant manager said they had to show us the contents of the box before they sold it to us which they never did or else this wouldnt have been an issue I would have walked out with the camera I had purchased. Took us about 2 weeks to get a camera not even the one I wanted because they didnt have one in stock!

Although I prefer this to most other Walmart stores here in The Sacramento area its still astonishing to me how low the bar is set for quality and service. I bought a present for my son and as the packaging looked totally torn apart (and it was the only copy left) I asked for a possible reduction of price. After having waited for a "manager" for 5-10 minutes he comes and tears open the packaging even more and then proceeds to tell me that he is unable to take anything off the price at all because the product seems to be in ok shape.. Only at Walmart can you expect to walk out with something that looks like it was bought at a second hand store and still pay full price.

I ordered a bike online and was told they would put the bike together for me. I was notified the bike arrived by email, but when I called to see if it was ready, I was told I had to come in to sign the receipt personally and then I had to come back again after the bike was put together. Stupid policy since I already bought the bike. Then I went to the store and got some cash back from the self serve check out. But I needed the change in one dollar bills and the management said they couldnt open any cash registers in the store to help me because of safety reasons? What?? This store isnt interested in serving customers. Very disappointing.

I was in this store today buying food and lots of items. I have just come back from vacation and shelves were empty. I spent a total of $249.92 I tried to pay with 2 $100.00 and 1 $50.00. They took about half on hour deciding they would not take my cash as it was a counterfeit bills. They did not even come close to not being real. After much embarrassment and time wasted I was handed my money and rudely told Take it to the bank! I went to the bank just to be sure they could not see why they had any problems with the bills. The bills are fine! I will never shop this store again Management SUCKS!

The pharmacy check out line can be long and move slowly inside the store. Sometimes its faster to pick up a prescription at the drive through. Also, Ive had problems calling to check the prescription status. The automated line tells me its not ready when it really is. I have to call and wait for someone to tell me. The wait can be very long. Recently I signed up for text notifications. I dont know yet how well that works. I use this pharmacy because I cant drive and its close to home. If I could drive, Id probably take my business elsewhere.

The best Walmart experience Ive had in a long time was at this location. The staff was helpful, polite and actually seemed to have a desire to make my experience enjoyable. The store was organized and clean...and it wasnt pandemonium inside like most other Wally Worlds...I usually dread a trip to Walmart but not this time, I actually want to go back to this location. If you gotta go then choose this one..a little in the middle of nowhere bit trust me, its worth the drive.

I felt completely discriminated against by employees during checkout. I will NEVER return to this store, no one could make me enter this store again. The checker looked me up and down while in line, she was terribly rude and loud. If I wasnt completely embarrassed and angry I would have asked for a manager, since driving away now I wish I would have! ZERO customer service, that idea does not exist to the people working at this location. Go to a different location.

Its hard to shop in the store after 8pm - the people who stock shelves have pallets and are everywhere themselves so you cant get to certain items on certain shelves nor can you get to certain areas of the store. I only have limited time to do shopping and it seems its always like this in the late evening. Perhaps they could get things restocked when stores close and they are not interfering with the shopping experience of their customers.
