i was not at all pleased one bit i had bought 2 water pipes one was $350 and the other was $425 and not even a month later the seam around the base had separated on both pieces. i had gone in and explained my situation and they said it would be another $100 to fix the problem that was there blowers fault. i asked if i could get a cheap $10 pipe to hold me off while i got the money together and they didnt even go for that definitely never doing business here again. ill take my business to the dungeon at least they respect me enough to help with my situation.

overpriced the staff wasnt very helpful, seems you have to be a burnout and female to work there. The manager Chaz i think was the worst i have ever seen wasnt helped until my girlfriend entered and he went straight to her. What a worthless shop for anything good luck getting helped unless you have a large bust. Never going back! go to Dragon tobacco went there after and was helped right away and needs were met. I have to say anything that is good that has been said about this place had to be written by the people that own/work there never going back.

I really feel bad that the reviews say such things. Maybe it happened, I dont know, but I have but the best experiences at Blazin Js. The staff has been nothing but helpful. Maybe their prices are the best Ive ever seen, but it is quality glass, and you get what you pay for. I always use them for any of my needs. The other shops in town tend to sell cheap class and I have a bunch of assholes working there.

Good variety of goods. Speak English as their first language. Dont try to hustle you into buying. Dont try to run you out the door. Dont eye you the entire time your there. Dont tell you something crap is good and the price cant be negotiated on. Smells pleasant. Will actually have a long friendly conversation, not just shop talk.

What I like about blaze n js is that they arent just your generic smoke shop. 90% off the glass in the shop is blown in town, not imported. The employees have always been helpful and friendly, definitely will spread the good word.

Employees are friendly and willing to help. Prices are a bit high but a lot of their products are made in Chico with care, anything thats defective is HEAVILY discounted. Lots of giveaways as well.
