My trip to IGA in Fort Payne was today, as is always a great experience! I found what I needed easily, it was high quality and inexpensive! The staff at IGA are very friendly and helpful, Im not from the south but I find shopping at IGA in Fort Payne to be very enjoyable and comfortable- like being at home in my neighborhood grocery store.

Better check the dates on meat! Nothing like going to the grocery store spending 20$ on meat only to get home to cook it and the meat is ruined and smells horrible, and all because you threw your receipt away before you got home they wont replace it!!! And the manager says "we dont sell out of date meat" ..

The selection is great. But at checkout they charge a 10% fee on total of your groceries... Which ends up being more expensive, I love the store but hate the 10% thing! Very clean.
