These guys do not check their vehicles prior to selling them. I purchased a vehicle from them and it had issues 50 miles after I drove it. I contacted them and they were misleading as to helping me get it fixed. I would expect more from a dealership to help you out if the vehicle breaks down 50 miles after you drive off the lot. I get the vehicle is used. Yes they did help me get the vehicle to their mechanic to try and solve the problem. $1000.00 later I still have the same problem. I was mislead that the dealership was going to take care of the bill as well, nope. Also the windshield washer pump was not working, a brake light was out when I turned the lights on. To me the vehicle was not even looked over. They claim to be a dealer and charge you more, they obviously did not look at this vehicle. After discussing the price over the phone of the repair and the owner Mark said he never agreed to take care of the bill. I confronted him about the washer pump not working and the tail light when the vehicle was sold to me. He said he would pay for those items if I wouldnt go out and bad mouth him. Well it was another example of the type of dealership they are. I went to pick up my vehicle and they knew nothing of Mark paying for the washer pump etc. I had to explain my self to them and they where higher on the price than what they quoted me on the phone. After a week of driving it, the same code came up and the same problem. I called the mechanic and they said they would have to do more test. Also in conversation with Mark about used cars how they buy them from auctions, it is the buyers responsibility when buying, As Is No Warranty. I told him that I did not expect a dealership to sell a vehicle like someone would on KSL where it breaks down as quick as mine did. He said, "Well all used cars are pieces of crap so its a risk you take!" That is the attitude of the cars he is selling to people. Im putting this out there because this is the bad experience I had. Mark was nice enough to take my vehicle a great distance to his mechanic that he said he could get me better prices, but that never happened. No better prices, I found the part online half the price. When he tells me that he will take care of the vehicle, I understood he would fix it so it was right as if it was a working vehicle off the lot, he then said he did not agree to that. All I have to say is they are a typical used car dealership!!! I guess its my bad for trusting a used car dealership! Im only giving them one star because he did take his personal time to come get my vehicle and take it to his mechanic to get me better pricing. I never got better pricing!

I just drove up 40 minutes to look at a vehicle after unsuccessful attempts to get ahold of them on the phone and via email. The vehicle was not on the lot and even though I was there well within business hours, the place was locked up. I approached the garage area in the back where several employees were fiddling around with a pressure washer. When I said hi, they looked at me and went inside. I left the place of business wondering if they were actually in the business of selling cars. I called back an hour later after returning home and they finally answered. I explained what happened about the staff ignoring me and the man brushed it off, said the vehicle was being serviced and he could have it back that night. I brought it up again, asking if someone was going to be there since I was upset that I was ignored after driving an hour. His response was, "what if the vehicle had already sold?" I replied that he missed the point and thats when he said that it wasnt the right vehicle for me and hung up. These people have no idea how to run business.

Brad could care less about customer service or relying On his word. I have a very broken hearted 17 year old because of his broken word!! I am a single working mother that doesnt spend her time or money unwisely. I called this dealership in the morning and made an appointment to go and look at a specific truck in the afternoon. I told the owner that I was coming, and that I had to drive two hours to look at this vehicle. He assured me that he would be there, and then he was not there. I finally reach him by phone, and he reluctantly apologized about my wasted two hours. He asked if I could come back in the morning, but I work and could not drive two hours again the next day. He then agreed that he would take a down payment by phone the next morning, and I could pick up the vehicle the next week. After he failed to call me as he promised, I called him the next day, and he informed me that he just sold the vehicle to somebody else. Customer service obviously means nothing to this dealer!

was a great and short buying experience, however when it comes to getting our license plates, it is almost like pulling teeth. I never got my plates in the mail like they said they would do for us, and now that our temp tags are 1 day away from expiring, (after trying for a few weeks to set up a time to either get the plates or get a new set of tags) I cant even get a hold of someone there to come in and get my new plates. Even though the hours state that they are open from 10:30-7 on a Saturday, no one is there... Follow up customer service sucks. They get their money and they dont care after that.

We bought a vehicle from this dealership, drove it for a few days and then realized the dashlights were out. It shouldnt have passed inspection. After I made three different phone calls to the dealer, and a phone call to the Police, who assured me this was illegal, U Save sent me to a mechanic to have it fixed. They didnt even bother to detail the car I just spent $12,000 on. We brought it home smelling like wet dog, seats covered in dirty spots and hair. Awful way to run a business.

I just bought my fourth car from U Save Auto. Having worked in car sales, it is awesome to walk into a place and be told what the price is for a car without being asked what I want my payment to be or some other game with my trade in. Financing through a local credit union was easy and fast through the dealership and I was able to get a warranty that provides near factory warranty coverage. Thanks Mike, Ill be back for the fifth!

Bought a $7000 car from this place and by the time I drove it home the engine light had turned on, we took it in and paid for a 2000 dollar fix only to be told less than a year later that there was metal in the oil and we would need a new engine. do not buy from this place they are not honest people and just out to scam you. Also can not ever get a hold of anyone when i try to call!!
