Horrible and unprofessional service. Argumentative, disorganized, lies, false statements, outdated everything (cannot make a copy without carbon paper), unskilled at fixing anything, ruins electronics, falsifies information. How he is even in business is a mystery to me. He is bordering on fraudulent business practices. I brought in a computer tower for replacement of the hard drive, where Yan (A & M Electronics) was a listed service provider. The computer was working but the HD was dying. Yan managed to destroy the computer and render it unusable. Yan (A & M Electronics) changed his story multiple times as to why the HD part did not arrive and how he had my computer for almost a month. He had the specs of the computer but managed to get the wrong part several times. He could not hook up my tower to his old outdated monitor because he did not have an adapter or an LCD monitor. This guy is supposed to fix modern equipment? My warranty company called him several times and Yan changed his story each time. When I picked up the computer because it was "ready", I asked to see it on, and Yan said he was in a hurry for a service call and that my computer worked last night. He didnt know if it worked now!!!! Of course, when I got it home, it did not even boot up. He destroyed something so simple to replace! Yan (A & M Electronics) was selected via a phone book by ServicePro for computer services. They have removed him as a service provider. My warranty company has removed him as a service provider. Yan faked a name change so as not to talk with my warranty company when they inquired about the repair status and ruin of my computer system. He is the only one working in the shop and he is never there. You will wait forever to have anything done, if its done correctly at all, with various excuses. I called him one day and he put the phone down while another customer came in the shop. The customer said that Yan did not replace a power supply in a tv and the tv did not work now. Yan argued that he did replace it; the guy said no you didnt, as the same one was in there. The customer yelled for Yan to take whatever he put in the tv out and hell never be back again. I am reporting him to the Attorney General and township because I believe he has defrauded customers and will continue to do so. Beware!

Let me start off by saying I only hit one star because thats the only way to write a review. He should be getting negative stars. Word of advice DO NOT use this company to have them fix anything. HH gregg referred me to them to fix my TV back in September. The tv still is not fixed, but I dont blame HH Gregg because when I reported this to them they gave me full store credit to come in an pick out any TV that I wanted. I was able to get a brand new smart TV plus 5 year waranty for the same price as I paid for just the HD TV 4 years ago. I have contacted A&M electronics to have them return the parts from the tv that he took while "trying" to fix it. He does nothing but talk down to his customers so I decided to take matters into my own hands and contacted Toshiba to inquire about getting the parts that he supposedly sent to them but they dont have him on their list of service providers so they dont know who he sent the parts too. My next call is to the BBB and report him for fraud. All I want is my parts that he took returned.

The worker called to schedule my TV repair (samsung Uhd tv) TWO WEEKS after my request for service and was completely unprofessional when discussing repair process. He hung up on me when he noticed I was upset with his tone, mannerism, and lack of professional courtesy. I tried calling back but he refused to pickup the phone. Already filed a complaint against Samsung who profusely apologized on this companys behalf and promised to make arrangents with a different electronic repair company in the local area. I dont care how good these guys may be but I refuse to work with people with attitudes especially this day in age with the economy the way it is, people should be grateful for work and to please there customers. I wouldnt recommend these guys to my family and loved ones

Really and truly you get NO stars. I only hit a star because I need to send my review. Your are very unprofessional and you dont listen to your customers concern. What i believe is that you do not know how to do your job. You came to my home and in least that 2 mins you was like I have to come back. I tried to let you know when Ill be home and you refuse to listen. All your reviews are bad and you should take that into consideration and close your company and go retire. I have been trying to get my television fix for 3 weeks and unsuccessful. Bad bad bad bad bad bad. Ppl please dont use this company at all. They can not so their job. Yang its time to retire. Bye

Arrogant and inept. LG referred me to this character after waiting for hours on hold and getting nowhere with a flaky wifi connection on one of their televisions. This "technician" spent 15 minutes arguing that my firmware version doesnt exist, instead of taking 30 seconds on Google. He suggested I try WPS, and when I informed him that DD-WRT doesnt support WPS because its insecure, he insisted that WPS is "more secure" and said I need different software. I wouldnt trust this guy to set up a home network, let alone work on my $2000 television.

This person has NO manners on how to speak to customers, he is so disrespectful and gets into nasty arguments and fights and has no skill level to repair any tv what so ever, so pls if LG try to send you here say NO to them and ask them to submit your repair order somewhere else, i would give 0 stars to this guy. Really bad service center.
