My 17" MacBook Pro blew up this past Friday afternoon. (Pixel issue- green screen, very scary!)I was on the phone for 2 hours trying to troubleshoot with Apple. The Customer Service Technician made me an appt. in Cherry Hill because my local store (Willow Grove) was booked (By the way Apple, not easy to book these apps. anymore!?!). Although I complained about the drive over the bridge on a Friday evening, it could not have been a more pleasant experience. I was quickly seen at my appt. time by the Genius Bar Technician (Doug) who determined the issue and gave me my options. I decided to send the laptop out to get fixed for a flat fee, but needed a computer asap so I decided @ 5 years old, my laptop probably ran its course. I purchased the 15" Macbook Pro (high end model) and couldnt be happier with the speed of the processor- what a difference! I am awaiting my repair and will hand it down to my son. Heres what I want you all to hear: From the minute I entered the store, a very friendly Amean welcomed me and made sure I was seen within a timely manner by the Genius Bar. While I was waiting, Zach B. helped me back up my computer, what a great guy! Then Michael checked in while the backup presented a couple issues and got Chris to help me out. This all went so smoothly. I interacted with several employees that were helpful, happy and personable. You do not find this at many Apple Stores these days as the "honeymoon" period is over!!! When I returned on Sunday to pick up my new laptop- with all my data transferred, Michael, one of the Managers, remembered me from Friday, and I was assisted by Marcus and Chris to get things right. When Microsoft Office did not transfer properly, Zach Hill, the Store Manager, went above and beyond to make sure I could retrieve my files for my business. They were very accommodating and I left a very happy customer with a very positive experience. I must say the Cherry Hill store employees are 110% friendlier and happier than the ones I have encountered in the Willow Grove store...WHY?? Please recognize the Cherry Hill employees for their enthusiasm and willingness to help customers! Great job! Thanks guys!!!

Upon arriving 2 minutes after they opened at 10am, I am told there is already a 50 minute wait to be helped at the Genius Bar. I went in simply because my iphone wasnt charging, and Verizon told me to go to the Apple Store to have them clean out the adapter hole. He looked in the phone and told me there were prongs missing and corrosion from water damage. I know for a fact that neither of those things are true. He then told me that the phone was not going to charge unless I got the prongs repaired, which "isnt even guaranteed 100% to work." So he told me it would be the easiest and quickest if I just bought a new phone. Then he goes to plug my phone in at the Chargers on the table "so the Genius Bar people will have an easier time when they look at the phone", (whatever sense that makes?!) and it immediately lights up and starts charging! I am baffled. He tells me its not actually charging and I still need it fixed. Im like no, it is charging! I come to the conclusion it must be my charger that is broken so I cancel my appointment with them and go over to the wall to buy a new charger. I get home, plug it in and BOOM! It starts charging. What a miracle. Long story short, I went to apple for them to fix my phone and I ended up fixing it myself with common sense. Maybe they should spend some of the million dollars in profit they make this month to properly train their staff. I walked out spending 19$ on a charger instead of the 500-600$ new phone he told me I needed. What an experience!

I like the Apple store because I have brought one and I got one free and the one that got free the people who at the cashier they had paid my bill for me and I was really nice of them and I do agree with you some of them or like very very rude and I did not like when you draw it was taking too long and I was so happy when I got the iPhone for my birthday I had got iPhone 5S and a iPhone 6 thank you and thats the reason why I like the iPhone and the Apple Store Deuces peace out I hope you enjoyed this what I said because probably they will do it for you if you just be patient and dont get no attitude and I would like oh well I didnt ask but they just said do you want me to pay your bill and this is what Im talking about right now my iPhone 5S but my iPhone 6 is on charger so Ill talk to you later and so if you like this please be nice respectful heavy manners cuz I really hate when people dont have manners I am Yasmine Jackson I am 9 years old graduated from the third grade now I am going to the fourth grade September 17th Im going to be 10 and my birthday on a Saturday so please please please give a shout out to me and I will give you a shout out to you so I see you later Deuces Peace by

I have dealt with this store numerous times with both purchases and repairs of various items over a few years. They are superb. Every time Ive been there Ive been treated with utmost respect, courtesy and professionalism. They are busy and sometimes if you dont have an appointment you might wait a little while. In my observations with my visits I did wait a little but I felt it was worth it because they all (geniuses) seemed to work to resolve everyones problems as best they could. Sometimes it takes a little longer because they want to resolve all of your problems. They want their products to give you the utmost satisfaction. Ive seen them help other customers clean up hard drives, update existing apple software, troubleshoot errors and all seemed to really enjoy what they did. They loved the products and their pride showed in how they handled me and other customers during my visits. My most recent experiences dealt with Antonio, Andrew and most recently I believe JP or maybe it was PJ. All were exceptional--All great ambassadors of apple products and apple renowned customer service-- They stand behind their products!!!!!

Very disappointed with Cammy the tech support specialist. She stated there were scratches and things wrong with my iPhone 6 plus when in reality it was just normal wear and tear. So my iPhone does not hold a charge and I had several issues with this particular phone which is written in her notes. Every time she helped me she had absolutely no personality and turns the situation your dealing with your fault and not the fault of the phone. Even though the notes clearly state there maybe something wrong with the phone, at this point, she sends it out to "DEPO" to double check that it might not be the fault of the phone, Now i have a lender phone with is only 16 gig and cannot download my content from my business on. My plus has 128 gigs. I have client numbers that i need and pictures that are definitely need. I asked if i could have something with more gigs which i said several times, i run a business through. She said NO. So now i have to wait about 10 days while i wait to here confirmation that the phone malfunction isnt my fault. DO NOT GO TO CAMMY. SHE WILL FIND A WAY TO TOTALLY SCREW YOU!!!!!
