I purchased my wedding band from this place. It is 14K white gold with .25 tcw white diamonds. I took the ring back there to be resized, and when I picked it up, the jeweler had actually broken/cracked one of the diamonds! They did tell me they out-source their repairs. When I brought it back, they agreed to fix it, and after a week of not hearing anything back I called and spoke with the owner. He told me that "his guy" was "practically blind" and put a poor-quality stone in it, so he sent it back to him to be re-done. Well, I just picked it up and the stone and new setting "his guy" used look like garbage! The diamond he used is much darker than the original, and he set it in a prong-like setting to hold it in place, when the other stones are actually channel set. Dont waste your time, money, or aggravation on this place because they will turn your beautiful and expensive jewelry into cheap-looking garbage. Their customer service is terrible, too!

Stay away from them. They do not deserve to be in business. Jewelers they are not....this is only a store front...Jewelry sales. I dropped off a ring and some antique slides at the end of March. They were to repair the ring and make a bracelet out of the slides. One of the owners even called me -- Rocco -- and discussed the bracelet with me and what I wanted. I was told "about 2 weeks" Fast forward to the end of June and several phone calls later..I was told the bracelet is done, I went to pick it up and it was strung with STRING. Not gold. String. Did a jeweler really present me with that like it was something that anyone would want? And my ring. Not fixed yet. The staff was rude and unapologetic. Do yourself a favor and never go there for jewelry or repair.

I was also in the car with Mr cool when this took place and I concur about the incident. He could have asked us if everything was ok , but yet he took the rude approach and told us to leave and get off his property when we were trying explain the situation he responded I dont want ur business. I dont believe ur inhumane actions were appropriate or valid. Maybe ur intent was to show off in front of ur employees who knows. The fact that u had time to display such disrespect makes believe u had nothing better to do then to chase a car with potential customers off ur lot. I hope that you dont go around chasing cars off ur Im assuming renting property. you should be welcoming customers especially being so close to bringing in the new year .

The manager came out to parking lot and proceeded to shout and scream in to the jeep teeling us to move . I was trying to explain to him that we were having a discussions about a gift to get . I dont recommend this place to anybody very unprofessional. I called to try to resolve any issues he said that we were in his place of business for 15 minutes arguing thank u , and hang up on me. when u have a place business u should try to gain customers not lose them. you should be careful of ur actions u take towards ur potential customers. I want be recommending this place to any of my friends, family, associates or coworkers.

I purchased my very first Tissot watch at this location about 2 years ago. The owner was more than accommodating and willing to educate me on everything an amateur would need to know about buying/owning their first expensive timepiece. He even provided an additional discount, and cleans/changes the battery whenever I need, for FREE. Ive recommended Glint of Gold to all my friends, and no one has been disappointed. I will be going back in a few weeks for another watch as well. To the negative comments below, I would consider you to be more credible if you used appropriate grammar.

Glint of Gold is the best experience Ive ever had shopping for jewelry. Rocco Cianflone was recommended by several people and bought an engagement ring that far surpassed anything I thought I couldnt afford. The quality the service the staff was incredible. I couldnt be more pleased and more importantly my fiancé got the exact ring she wanted.
