I would like to file a complaint regarding my experience returning a product that I bought at the Tullytown, PA Home Depot. I went in to make another purchase for Grout after finishing my purchase. I went to may car to get the back splashes that I had to return. I went back in the store to return and the lady Jennifer said I just saw you in here. I said yes I made and purchase but remembered I had to return these. She then said I look mysterious and askes to see my receipt for what I just purchased which I showed her. Then I askes her why would she say I look mysterious and she couldnt explain to me why she would say something out her mouth like that. I began to look for the receipt for my return and asked for the manager. When the manager came over I explained to him what occured. He had no resolution and just ask for my receipt he never acknowledged what happened. His name was George. I told him I would come back in to make my return as soon as I found my receipt because I didnt want to hold up the line. I also explained to him that I didnt want the lady Jessica at the counter to help me. I found my receipt and made my return five minutes later. Im hoping by me filing this complaint that this never happens to anyone else because if it could happen to me someone who gives a lot of business to Home Depot and has a lot of contractors that I send to Home Depot. Im just hoping Home Depot is not hiring racist people to work in there stores and there will be something done regarding this incident.

I have had so many bad experiences here its really sad. Ive been shoulder checked by a bearded looking hillbilly employee without any excuse or sorry, berated for returning a cart in the parking lot in the wrong cart holder by employee,was left to lift a heavy piece of equipment I rented there without any offer of assistance by employees who walked by, had dirt broomed onto my girlfriend as employee turned the corner blindly with no excuse me, and had a rude experience with the plumbing dept just tonight over the phone. So Id say I gave this location plenty of "second chances". This location needs a complete employee overhaul. the only really positive experience I had was with the red headed younger guy in doors. He should be working at Lowes. Hes too good for this dump of a store. Id fire the manager and start from scratch. The employees are lazy and miserable. Youll never see me step foot in there and I live down the street. I go on Lincoln Highway and get treated like a customer should.

Unfortunately most of the staff at this store doesnt have a clue. Theres usually someone good behind the tool rental desk and in electrical but the days of having knowledgeable staff at these places is pretty much gone. A lady in flooring actually cautioned against using redguard over backerboard - as the thinset might not stick to it .... jeez. And she pointed out the little display w/ a piece of hardibacker in water to show that it wouldnt be necessary. LOL. Yeah .. the water wont HARM the board but itll still wick through it! Thats why we have waterproofing ... :-) Some stuff here is priced well like drywall but others not so much. Fortunately CBM is in nearby Bristol and has better prices on lots of things.

Hate this place. Staff never have a clue and Im always being sent to the wrong isle. Its way overpriced and the last two times Ive been followed around like a shoplifter! I was a police officer for 10 years you idiots! If my hands are full and I put something in a coat pocket... I have not committed a crime! The fact I have $100 of stuff in my arms should suggest Im not going to rob a $2 packet of screws. Complete morons here.

I was at home depot the other day Melanie WAS at returns and let me check out there. She watched my tbings and sent me back to flooring to get help from Jackie who was also,so,sweet and helpful. Dave offered to help me but I want to do it myself, not pay him to do. I only wanted questions answered. Thank you to the girls very kind and willing to help,me where I wanted help!

Its a Home Depot. Not the same feel as your small friendly neighbourhood hardware store but they probably have what you need. It is best to know what you need to do the job before you come here, because advice from employees is hit or miss depending on the employee, though this is typical of big box hardware stores in my experience.

I was there yesterday to buy some tools as I do often, I walked there and it rained. As I waited for the rain to stop and employee came to speak to me, asked why I was there then told me the rain stopped. Extremely rude in my opinion and the last time I will shop there. I hope the GM reads this and talks to the employees.

Went here to get curtains. It took a while to find them. An employee didnt know where they were. She told us to go near the flooring they would be there if they had them, then she ran away. Another employee showed us where they were, but she told us not too buy them there.

Ive been to this location a few times and have not had any bad experiences. Easy to find what I need. I did have to exchange a few items on my last visit and was able to do the exchange without any hassle.
