Bought a 2007 honda civic ex last week. Kelli Williams was great to work with. She listened to what I was looking for, worked with me, and didnt try to high pressure me into something else. Id recommend Capital Nissan, and especially Kelli to anyone looking to make a car purchase. EDIT TO THIS REVIEW(7-21-16) Originally my rating was 5 stars but I must change it for 2 reasons. 1. hard time with service department. The passenger side window switch wasnt working properly, have the extended warranty so I took it in a week after I bought it, the service department looked it over said no problem to fix, will be covered will take about an hour and scheduled a return appointment a week later. I showed up sat for over 2 hours before I got my car back I then left because I had an appointment, tried out the window, wouldnt work so I took it back the same afternoon about an hour after I got it back and sat for another 30 minutes while someone else checked it out only to be told that it was more than the switch, that the person who originally looked it over was incorrect, had been let go and another appointment had to be made. They were supposed to pick my car up at my work early the morning of 7-20-16, fix the window issue, wash and detail it and have it back to me by 5pm. I had to call these people twice the morning of before they finally decided to show up at 11:30am. I got my car back at 4:45pm so they did what they were supposed to but with me having to ride their butts about it. 2) Staci in the finance department is about worthless. Ive called and left several messages for her as well as the finance department in general regarding my extended warranty paperwork that she said she had emailed directly to me 2 days after my purchase. I never got it and I did check all folders and both email address several times. Called her and left a message, no return call, called and left a message for the finance department, no return call, spoke directly with Staci when I took my car for the window appointment and she said "Ill email it to you right now and also put a copy in the mail" this was on Friday, July 15th, I never got it. Called her back on 7-20-16 and left a message, again no response. Finally spoke with someone by the name of Jeff today, the 21st who took my information and said he will fax it to me before 5pm today and also put a copy in the mail. Well see. Right now about the only person at Capital Nissan I will talk to is Kelli Williams and maybe Nick in service as we was very apologetic and helpful regarding my window and after my phone calls, did what he said he would do. As far as anyone else, nope, if I have to call you to remind you to do your job or have to bring my car in a second time to fix issues that your service people didnt troubleshoot correctly and fix the first time, I dont have much use for you.

Had 2:30 appointment for inspection and oil change in the Service Department. I finally got out of there at 5:15 with failed inspection due to tires being 1/32 more worn than would pass. The car only had 38,000 miles but, okay, I understand. I made another appointment to have new tires installed in 2 days and finish the inspection. Tires were ordered and I arrived at my appointment time. Again it took 2-1/2 hours of waiting before the car was ready to roll. The next day I tried to renew my registration online and got the message I needed an inspection. I waited 2 more days for the inspection records to hit Raleigh even though I was told it should only take 3 hours. The third time I tried and failed, I called Raleigh and was told there was no record of my car passing inspection! What??? I called Bryan at Capital Nissan. Left voicemail. No call back. Called Capital Nissan again. Bryan unavailable. Talked to another service rep and explained the situation. He apologized and said he would send the report to Raleigh today. I waited until the next day to try to get the registration paid at Raleigh and again there was no record of my inspection! Okay, now Im mad. I call Capital Nissan and ask for the service department manager. Again, had to leave a voicemail with my message, and this one isnt very pretty! Within half an hour a young lady calls "for the manager" to say shes sorry but I will need to take my car back in so they can hook it up to their machine in order to send the report to Raleigh. They would graciously pay for my gas. Well, for one thing I drive a Nissan Juke. It gets about 40 miles per gallon so the gas isnt a problem. The drive is about 40 miles one way so my time off of work to drive to Wilmington from Holden Beach, wait 2-1/2 hours in their waiting room, then drive back is a freaking problem! I asked the lady why she was calling me instead of the manager and she said she often makes his phone calls for him because she likes to help people. I think she needs to tell him to take that job and shove it! I told her to have him call me back personally and that I was taking my car to someone else to get the inspection that day. I called Coastal Tire in Shallotte and was able to get my inspection within the hour. While I was there a manager called and asked what could he do to help. I told him what I thought of his service department and that I no longer needed his service. I received a check in the mail for $30 for an inspection the next week. Wow. Really???

Terrible!!!! The only nice honest person I met was the guy from the service department putting carfax books in each vehicle! This sorry excuse for a dealership almost lost us our car from their sister store in Charlotte NC. We got our approval and they kept dragging their feet until my husband and I had to take matters into our own hands! 2 days after the approval from the bank, no one from this dealership even tried to call the sister store Capital Ford in Charlotte NC to tell them to hold our car. When my husband tried to call back to this company he was rudely cut off mid sentence by Matt the Finance Manager who then shared that our car was in the works with another person. We called Charlotte ourselves. Once on the phone with Capital Ford they were super helpful but at that point another guy was on his way to the bank to buy the car. They allowed us to put a deposit on our car to hold it and actually got us approved without shot gunning our credit like this store. My husband took 8 hits (dropping credit score 14 points) and I took 4 after telling them not to shot gun our credit. We would have just paid cash for a car if we had known they would do that. We are now on a 8 our drive to pick up our car from the Sister store. Had this company had better people on the job this drive could have been avoided and my car would have been transferred back to the store for free and without adding on miles. Anyways we closed the deal by ourselves but I do plan to take this to the next level!
