This store is decent for one-off school projects and simple printing but they are terrible at print jobs that require an attention to detail. Ive used this location for about 3 years for various school and business related printing. Here are some tips for a stress free printing process: 1. Write down very specific directions - The employees are constantly swamped and WILL forget order details if you dont write them down. They generally couldnt care less about your order. Write down directions as if you are telling a lazy teenager to do it. 2. If you have color sensitive work, ask the employees to calibrate the printer before they print the order - The printers are only calibrated once a day (if that) any they get worse as the day goes on. 3. Expect them to be late - seriously, desperate students freaking out about a missed or incorrectly done order the day before a project is due is very common. Expect them to miss their quoted deadlines twice on average. My personal success rate of FedEx having an order done in time is less than 20%. 4. Avoid rush times - I like to go in during the evening to put in my orders. From 11am to 4pm, the store is very busy and long lines are common.

Poor customer service! I walked in at 8:59pm, or one minute before the place closed. The employee asked how he could help me. I handed him my USB drive so he could help me print a couple of files. He looked at the clock, which now read 9:01pm and he said, "Oh, youre going to have to come back tomorrow." I told him I couldnt, that I needed the files printed that night. He said sorry and nothing more. Dude, if Im in your store before you lock the door, good customer service dictates that you help me. Neither of the other two employees that were standing at the counter understood that either. Poor customer service! Oh, and this place shares 4 parking spaces with five other businesses.

I dont normally leave reviews, but I was very impressed with how friendly and attentive the staff here was. I accidentally came in with a shipping label meant for UPS. The staff member I spoke to immediately informed me of this, but offered to still pick my items into the box if I wanted. While I waited, multiple staff asked me if they could help me and asked how I was doing. Its rare to find such friendly customer service today. I highly recommend using this FedEx location.

After reading the poor reviews, I ventured to Staples to have my exam notes coil bond. However, the guy at Staples say it would be Monday before my order would be ready and directed me to Kinkos. When I pulled in, I pulled right into a space, which is unusual for Franklin Street. I walked in and was immediately greeted by the staff. The gentleman took all of two minutes to bind my notes. I had a great experience and will be returning in the near future!

This is a great shop! Although they are overworked and understaffed, they always get the job done and they are courteous and efficient (especially Jim). I put in several orders for wedding signs and each came out perfect with no hassle. They need more staff because the guys are overworked, but other than that no complaints whatsoever. Will definitely entrust them with future projects.

Every time Ive been in there it has taken at least 30 minutes for them to simply hand me my prepaid online order. Just recently I went in to pick up one single piece of paper. There was one person ahead of me. It took 30 minutes. They dont seem to consider their customers time whatsoever. I do not recommend this store unless you have plenty of time to sit there. Bring a book.

Professional and accommodating. They worked quickly to correct an error that occurred with a print job (that was probably my fault, honestly), then provided advice for how to do it more efficiently and cheaply. I ended up with a better product at lower cost. I went at a quiet time (Sunday midday), and received excellent service.

I called inquiring about shipping regulations. While the staff member who helped me, Jim, was knowledgeable, it did not seem like he wanted to help me. He was abrupt, and when I asked for clarification about a regulation he was extremely rude and dismissive.

I needed business cards in two days and was told "Quick-print" cards can be done in about an hour. I used their system to set up my "Quick Print" card and when I went to pay I was told they would be ready in three days! The employees here are terrible.
