Look - I understand that this is a WALMART were talking about here. At the end of the day, its a discount store chain, and you dont walk into a Walmart expecting anything life-changing. Right? Frankly, I enjoy wandering around stores like this (i.e. Target) and finding a good deal, spending way too much money because everything I need is right within reach, etc...its not a bad way to spend a Saturday afternoon. Well. With that being said, I cant express exactly how BAD this location is. Honestly. VERY poorly managed. DO NOT GO HERE. - nothing on the shelf is where it should be - displays are all over the place (ex: 4 types of coffee machines in one aisle, 7 in another aisle, turn the corner 2 aisles down and theres a floor display with about 5 more). - on a Friday evening at 8pm, there was ONE check out lane open (not counting the express lanes) and the line was about 30 people deep. - staff knows less than the customers do about where things are. - I bought a bag of chips in the snack aisle, when I got home, I ate one and realized it tasted more like wet cardboard. This was because it expired on CHRISTMAS 2011!! Then I noticed a hole in the side of the bag that was clearly made by the teeth of some kind of gnawing animal. After nearly regurgitating the chip, I threw the bag away to avoid finding a dead something in my bag of tortillas, further ruining my Friday night. I can really go on and on, but I think you get the idea. This place is terrible.

okay maybe not the worst store ever as some have said, but there is something so depressing about this particular walmart location. hard to put my finger on as so many things contribute to the blah, "nobodys home," atmosphere. hard to find sales associates though an older gentleman who works in electronics was great and very helpful, another time a young woman said she would be right back when we wanted info re. a vacuum cleaner and she just never returned. really seems like there are 5 staff members tops, so youre on your own. the womans clothing area had not one sales associate to ask for help, the line for the fitting rooms, men and women, were around the corner, so dont go if you must try before you buy. could not find basics like tank tops, easily though i know walmart does sell them its the screaming baby express as well, for some reason, every crying baby in the state seems to be there, just looking at the expression of customers you want to leave. its a bit life sucking though once we did find stuff, the items were nice, high quality and the checkout person (the checkout area seems to be the only place fully staffed) was very polite.

This is by far the WORST Walmart I have ever been to in my life! I wish I could rate it with negative stars, seriously. I dont usually rate things, but I have had it with this store. The employees are rude and un-knowledgeable about their products. The management staff is pretty much the same, rude and as one other reviewer said oblivious about product knowledge. They NEVER (and I can not stress this enough) never ever have enough checkout lanes open. The lines are incredibly long and it takes more time waiting to check out then to shop there. The store is usually (well every time I have been there) a complete mess and dirty. They totally lie about Customer Satisfaction is Guaranteed" when making a return. Even with a receipt, they refused to give me my money back, only store credit. If it werent for the fact that this is the only Walmart close to me, I would and can honestly say I WOULD NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN! If there is a Walmart closer to you...AVOID this store!!

Well I must be honest several employees there or very friendly and helpful today was not the case, hibernate fairly large chair today that was in the box had a hard time getting on the shopping cart as I ask for help asking you employ your that any big carts that I can use he said no and walked away I could have asked for help but in my stubbornness I did it myself then I thought about it saying to myself I shouldnt have to ask for help they should be asking me I walked past several employees as I was struggling with the cart two managers,,, actually got help from a customer so today my experience was not the best, so from now on I will not be shopping at the route 9 Walmart but Ill be at the route 18 Walmart I know the money goes into the same Kitty thats all well and good its just a saying that I had to walk past a minimum of seven employees and nobody offered to help, and the one that I asked for help he walked away so shame on you Walmart

The lines are usually really long and they dont carry certain items. Its not a SuperCenter Walmart so maybe thats why, Im not sure. I still shop there because they do have good deals. There employees are very kind and helpful. The Customer service/Courtesy Desk doesnt have long lines anytime Ive been there which is a bonus because most Walmarts have the worst lines at the Customer Service counter. The hours are 7am-Midnight everyday. Theres plenty of regular parking and a few handicapped spots. They have electric wheelchairs for handicapped or impaired customers. There is a place to sit and eat inside as well as a pretzel stand. The pharmacy is great and they have an Eye Care store (not exactly sure if its an eye doctor or what). It also has easy access right off Route 9 South and can be seen from the major road.

Its not a 24 hour store. Its always super busy. Some of the areas more trashy people flock to this store. Not easy to get around. Main isles too small and cluttered. Its hard to understand the a lot of the employees. Thats if you are lucky and find one who knows what theyre talking about. They have 13+ cash registers and less than half are open unless its the holidays. The self express checkout is just as slow as the register employees. They should have more open during busy days/hours. The bathrooms smell too high heaven. They need to bleach the bathrooms on over nights. The one tall Manager is a friendly helpful guy. So is the shorter guy with the thick glasses, hes funny. There is this short manager there who walks like the T2 or hes got sandpaper in his pants... Hes nasty and rude.

IF I COULD LEAVE NEGATIVE STARS I WOULD!!! TERRIBLE, JUST TERRIBLE! I ORDER 2 TIRES ONLINE NO PROBLEM. SERVICE WAS PAINFULLY SLOW. WAITED 1 HOUR BEFORE I WAS EVEN HELPED. WHEN I ASKED I WAS TOLD I COULD PICK MY VEHICLE UNTIL 10 PM THAT EVENING WHICH WAS A LIE. SO WHEN I RETURNED THE FOLLOWING DAY I FIND ALL THE CHANGE IN MY VEHICLE WAS GONE. MY DOCUMENTS WERE THROWN ABOUT MY CAR AND THE GLOVE COMPARTMENT ON THE FLOOR. WAS IT NECESSARY TO LEAVE MY CAR COMPLETELY TRASHED? NOT ONLY THAT, BUT MY CAR WAS UNLOCKED WHICH IM SURE WAS LEFT OPEN OVER-NIGHT. ABSOLUTELY THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. WHEN I CALLED TO ASK WHY I GOT A RUDE ANSWER FROM THE PAINFULLY SLOW OLD MAN ATTEMPTING TO WORK THE COMPUTER. NEVER AGAIN. I WILL NEVER RETURN. ILL GO TO TARGET NEXT TIME!
