My experience in WalMart has taught me that Americans will deal with just about anything to be frugal and save a nickel. Its sad that it doesnt even faze them that everything in Walmart is cheap because its made in a china that manipulates currency rates, has no environment laws or unions , no minimum wages 4 the nine year old naked boy that makes the parts with no child labor laws, no lunch break in unbearable heat because they jam 150 kids in one room. Lets just first thank Clinton for NAFTA and then opening up, Then he put the cherry on top by bring this Role Model of a Communist country in the World trade organization. Thats half the battle to why Walmart looks like its every man for himself as the inmates run the asylum. I recently called this Walmart because My wife who can remember what what I said 3 years go but doesnt know the todays date left her wallet with all the goods in either in the store or the cart. I called while my wife headed down to what some have come to realize Dantes Inferno. I think Walmart purposely hires these ding dongs so they dont work over 30 hours and chinas meal ticket doesnt have to pay for potuss genius benefits which cost more hour of labor. I called and it took 18 minutes to get connected to Mary in accounting and thank God for her because the other 4 previous to Mary sounded like they forgot how to speak English and the first guy i spoke with might as well been talking while gargling mouth wash. That must have given him a raise by letting him answer the phone, because they restrict you fro working over 30 hours and a promised money denomination raise just means you will see Haleys comet first. They always say they are understaffed but thats company policy to keep labor cost low. You better be ready to walk into the Thunderdome when entering this place besides some quests who act like undisciplined children because the store ran out of cherry Kool-Aid but forget waiting for an employee because you will just see a young Hells Angel with 2 neck tattoos, a beard that wold rival Moses, and holes in her ears the sizes of those Ubangy womans tree branch through the lip/wedding present. Dont expect the female employees to help between the all the Jewerly they have on its pressuring & alowing their IQ to sipe then the 15 inch long nail s for the store but at leats leatn AVOID THIS STORE, AVOID WALMART

Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. I was the only car there when I arrived. (should have been a warning) Was told my oil change would be done in 20 minutes. After buying a few things I returned in about 15 minutes to the site of 2 mechanics starring at the engine doing nothing. I assumed they were just finishing up. WRONG they hadnt even started. After a few minutes in the waiting room I inquired what the hold up was. They said they had forgot to have me sign a form. Let me add that I had given them my cell number and I was in the store. I could have easily been called or paged. So now 25 minutes into my 20 minute oil change they got started. They appeared to change the oil then they pulled it into the next bay of the garage opened the hood and left it. Over thirty minutes went buy and still no one had touched my car since it was moved. Again I went and asked what the hold up was. The manger was summoned and said he would see what the hold up was. He promptly disappeared. Now 75 minutes into my 20 oil change I was getting irate. A few minutes later I saw my car being driven back into the parking area. A mechanic handed the woman behind the counter my key. She set it down and began doing something else. Now for the third time I asked what the hold up was. She informed me that she had begun making a key and couldnt check me out. (a key making machine is also there) Eventually another woman arrived and started the checkout process, only to discover that the mechanics had filled the paper work out wrong. She called one of them to correct it. Then I was presented with a paper I was told I had to sign stating that my vehicle was unsafe. I refused to sign it and was finally allowed to pay and leave. It took just over 91 minutes to get a 20 minute oil change. To sum it up... the walmart tire and lube center has some of the worst service, incompetent lazy staff and worst mismanagement I have ever experienced. took over an hour and a half to get an oil change at 1pm on a Tuesday with no one else there. God help you if they are busy!

Black Friday 2013, I was in around 630pm looking for a few things. came across some leap pad games for my son. the retail price for these are $25, but with the black Friday sale they were $15, looked on the stickers that were all over the place thats what it said, no expiration time listed. I Continued to do some more shopping, and got a few more things that were marked down. I went to check-out and the leap pad games rung up as retail price. I questioned the cashier and she went to get a CSM. I explained to her that the items were $15 not 25, that there was stickers over the retail price. She explained to me that that sale ended at 2pm, and that her employees hadnt had the time to take all the stickers down (even over 4 hours later), and that it was disclosed in there ad. I explained to her that I didnt know Wal-Mart had an AD and that i was not given one. I explained that there should be a sign as you walk in disclosing this information. I explained to her that is Walt-Marts problem not the customers problem, and to honor the price that was listed. She refused to do so. I explained to her that it was the ol bait and switch trick and that was wrong. she still did not care. she snapped at me and walked away. Very rude women who doesnt understand how to talk to people or how to manage situations. I would have understood if there was a sign at the door explaining that some sales where ending at such times or even a sign on the product that explained this as well, But over 4 hours later the price remained the same. That is not a customers fault that . Because of the attitude and the approach that Wal-Mart took on this, I will not be going to another one of there stores again. I can and will get what I need from there competitors.

I try to avoid this walmart at all cost, its in a very convenient location and due to that fact its almost always busy to the point the where it not worth going. This location needs more registers open most of the time, you best times to stop in are very first thing in the morning before 8AM or late in the evening after the dinner rush. But like all walmarts around here they have a decent deli and great salads at a decent price if your looking for lunch. 6/4/2017 Tried to pickup and online order, went to the back of the store and the pickuo location had no one behind the counter but there were 2 employees talking to each other right behind us. We hit the button on the machine to ask for assistance and waited, waited waited some more with no one coming. It had been several minutes, mran while there are now 3 employees behinds us talking and having a good time but none of the 3 of them have asked if we need any help, we can see people in the back talking and finally someone from the back yells and ask if we have been help I reoly no, several more minutes past and the 3 employees are still behind us talking, after another minute or 2 one of the 3 employees behind finally ask if we need help and say yes they say let me go find someone. Finally some arrives at the counter to help. This place is a joke and some employees there need some serious customer service training.
