First off if I could not put one star to post , I would do that. Sprint is a horrendous company with the same caliber employees to match. If I could echo the previous reviews here, I would. They are deceitful, rude bait & catch company. I reluctantly left Verizon after 18 years of being a customer of theirs(who I am eternally grateful for taking me back with awesome deals to show their appreciation for my business back) the salespeople at Verizon are awesome also... Never, ever had an issue with them. Unfortunately, Sprint baited our family with buy one iPhone 7 get one free with four lines (two of the phones were free, garbage Galaxys) my son needed a new phone so I went to Sprint... HUGE MISTAKE! Once I signed all of the contracts , they tell me that the promotion ended , it wasnt the promotion I signed up for ....basically anything they could try & pull over on me. IIAN at this particular location threatened me also to CALL SECURITY on ME & have ME REMOVED from the store when I asked to speak to KIRSTEN the manager. IIAN said KIRSTEN was on a conference call & could not speak with me... all without even checking to see WHAT she was doing besides hiding behind that creepy two way mirror! It was all I could do not to break into laughter looking at his little lying, arrogant, bow tied face. I left the Sprint store & took the escalator right to Verizon & returned my familys business back to them.Verizon gave me awesome deals & promotions to show their appreciation for us coming back. We learned our lesson, were sorry Verizon, well never let the devil (Sprint) tempt us again & will spread our experience with everyone we know! Iian, didnt your parents teach you morals, boy? Kirsten, yikes, you shouldnt be managing anything but waking up in the morning & getting dressed.

Ill start by saying they will lie to sell you a plan and hope you dont come back when you get a bill of a much higher amount. I went to this Sprint store recently and I inquired about a family plan. We were told the price and I said "ok thank you, well have to compare prices to competitors." The kid I spoke to (Jack) told me, "Wait! Let me see what I can do." And proceeded to tell me a lower monthly payment. I said ok and that I was still going to compare. As I walked out he called me back in again and made a deal that I could not refuse. (I was not there to negotiate. I was just there to get a price) I said ok and he said that they didnt have the phones in stock so theyll have to order and Ill have to come back Thursday to set everything up and that hed be there to help. Of course, Thursday came around and I went in and he was off Thursdays. The next person I talked to said that there is no possible way of getting to that number with any plan, nevermind the unlimited plan that we were promised. We called Jack and he said that he never said that number and that there was no way to get to that number. If they had the phones in stock that day, I wouldve signed everything and then I wouldve received a bill in the mail a month later for much more than we agreed on so Im very glad that we had to order them and that he wasnt there to continue the lie. I do not leave feedback for stores often but if you blatently lie to me and hope that it never gets back to you, then you deserve bad feedback.

Dishonest and rude employees. They lied about granting us a promotion that was expired and said they would override the expiration. That ended up being a lie in itself, and then they lied to us saying that allowing this promotion was never discussed. The employee and manager (Kristen?) treated us poorly, and implied that we were foolish. We reacted calmly and tried to explain what was previously agreed on and when they refused to give us the promotion we were promised, we told them that they shouldnt say false things to customers. Zeshan the employee decided to chime in and tell us that he would never buy deal from anyone unless it was written down on paper and was resentful because we jumpstarted our plan to switch with him and then someone else finished it since that guy was the only one available at the time. When we asked for proof of other information on our account, Zeshan wrote a paper and made a copy but we wanted the original, so he disappeared for a while and came back with a totally different paper that did not reflect what he had written earlier. A total scam. He lied to our face thinking we would not notice it was a different letter. To top it off, they called security to have us removed from the store because they "couldnt handle us." They are deceitful people who will surely lose customers in the future. Sprint should look into finding more pleasant employees who will not contradict their words.

I find it hilarious that most if not all of the good reviews are from the employees that work at that specific store itself. I have always loved the sprint store that is on new town road in danbury, but my boyfriend and I happened to be at the mall one day and we had a specific question that we wanted to have answered. Not only did they avoid the question, but they kept trying to sell us things and get us to enter into a plan that would cost more and into something that we didnt want to even decide on that day. We told the employee that helped us that we would need to think about it (we were really just trying to leave and go somewhere else) and that we would need to wait until next week when we get our paychecks, he proceeded to tell us that he would give us his employee discount if we signed up that day. Needless to say we left and decided that it would probably be worth the trip to the store on newtown road. Best choice that we had made. We got our question answered, did not have someone continuously trying to keep us there, and will definitely go back to the Newtown Road store when we decide what we want to do.

Went in to upgrade phone after checking online upgrade fee was only 100$. Got with a rep and picked out phone, and upgrade fee was all of a sudden 270$. No explanation given. Showed rep the price on sprint website and had to meet with manager in the office to show her. Tried to tell me i was going to lose the phone and it was limited qty if i went online. Still no reason why the upgrade fee was more than double. Read the reviews and stay away from this location. Edit: went into Brookfield location, to do upgrade. The upgrade was for $0 and just a $30 upgrade fee. Was almost overcharged $240! Yikes.

Staff is deceitful, and extremely unhelpful. My advice, try the sprint on federal road in the Berkshire shopping center across from Wendys and save yourself the aggravation. They even tried to trick me into paying for a case and screen protector as if I had to pay for that and when I question the salesman on it, he offered it to me for 50 bucks and stressed it was a great deal. We almost had an argument about it because I said no thank you. Horrible, horrible, never met a nice employee there. Will never go back, sprint should shut them down before they lose customers.
