Been going to this particular location since it was on the corner next to big R, this place has incompetent employees that try to pass of as intelligence gaming hardware employees. The truth of the matter is they cant fix your broken systems without voiding your warranty. They give you the least amount of money for traded in games and will rip you off buy selling you scratched disks with no return policy. So be sure that your getting what your paying for before you walk out that door. These employees have never worked at a real fast job in their life. Most of them try to rush you through sales and the only guy that has a buzz cut blue eyes ans has been with this business since it had the yellow truck is a con man. He buys anything he can for cheap and that is why they have such a setup. They are unable to offer real employment to competent gamers because theyd rather hire girls that barley game anytime in their life. They dont know anything about modding, jtag, iso hot swapping or how to mod gamer score. If your going to void people xbox under the false pretense of being able to fix it then you should be masters of your craft. Yet they leave you many things to be desired. Only shop here for games. The systems are $130and for a brand new one at walmart save yourself the trouble of buying a used system and just get a new one with a warrenty. Dont let these jack ass con men take your hard earned games and turn around and sell them for top dollar. These guys will always have a inventory because they sell their products at a higher price. If you wanna pawn your games go to Littleton and they offer you top dollar instead of lowest dollar for your games. Dont go here unless your getting your games polished because they are incompetenet and only thing they are good at is selling stuff not fixing or recommended games. They are easily rushed when the line reach 4 or more. They will treat you with no respect and no smiles unless your a women with her child. The atmosphere in there is rushed and the clerks usually just wanna stand around like they work at walmart. Good luck gamers lulz.

I bought three games a week ago for two older systems, one for the ps3 and two for the Sega Saturn. The guy at the counter said the return policy was 30 days, he didnt specify if it was for new or used, just said that was the return policy. Two games were defective and had to be returned. Thankfully I read the receipt since the bottom of the receipt said it was 7 days as a return policy for used games (which contradicts what the guy told me) so I took them back just in time. Upon returning them I was told by a different guy that I could only return them for store credit. Frustrating, but acceptable. I pick two BRAND NEW games to use up the store credit, and the guy tells me that I only have 7 days to test them out and return them should something be wrong. The previous receipt and the NEW receipt both said 30 days on new games/accessories. We ask about the 30 days and he says theyre brand new, there should be nothing wrong with them. You shouldnt need more than 7 days. Thats not what your receipt says your policy is. And thats not the point either. No, there SHOULDNT be anything wrong with them, but they COULD be defective regardless. On top of it all, he pulled out two sealed cases. Hands me one game thats sealed cause they had multiple of those, but gives me the display case for the other game and pulls out the game from a paper case they hold in a drawer. We ask about the sealed one he left on the counter and he says oh, thats our last one, we need to save one for display....... Then why not take the display one that you handed to me and KEEP it as a display, instead of opening an entirely new, SEALED game to put stickers on again and put back on display? Overall, the dude was incredibly rude. And either their receipt needs to change, or both employees need to better understand the policy. As well as learn better customer service.

I really really want to give this place 5 stars. They by far have the best selection of retro games in Colorado. However I happen to go late in the day when there was only one employ working.there was a young kid and his friend trading in games and a console. Before sorting through the games she took a look at the console. It so happen to be a nintendo ds. She was very quick to point out every flaw.its not the point that she did not take the system.the point is how she treated this little kid.Rather than just kindly saying "oh we can not take this thank you anyways".she had this attitude like are you serious your really trying to trade this piece of crap in. So after watching a young kid get turned down I had a couple of games to trade in.Same exact thing happened to me. I understand that some of the games I was trying to trade in were scratched.but yet again she gave the impression of what in the world are you trying to do with these games.out of every game stop I have been to I have never gotten such service while trading games. Ive simply just got a no.So next time Im really going to consider looking somewhere else before trading my games there.

Walked an hour and a half just too see if they had my game... And they did. I walked in and they have an amazing set up with couches and a tv (im guessing its mainly for challenges and etc. or maybe just entertainment.) They have more games than my last Game Stop store did, and a great array of them. Not to mention a store that still sells old consoles and games. The service was expected, a nice greet and asked if I needed anything, but at least he didnt hate his job, considering he opened up half an hour early. Prices are well built, got my game in a new package for only 20 dollars. Overall, just an amazing game store that is a must go-to. Loved my experience and cant wait for my next trip there.

I love the store set-up and so far one employee has been really nice and helpful. (the other one I dealt with, not so much but still nicer than most people lately) The problem I am having is that EVERY game buy that they have to ”clean” first (6 so far), will not work. When I take it back, they always have several more to choose from. I dont understand why they try to pass off the junk first...all that does is make me waste gas to keep going back. The worst part is that that store has singlehandedly made my husband, an AVID game lover/buyer, want NOTHING to do with games anymore, as it has been nothing but hassle after hassle. Sad day for a couple of life-long gamers!!

This place has a good game selection, lots of old and new games. Issue is they sometimes dont treat you like a valued customer. One time I bought something, because I talked to the worker wanted to make sure it worked with what I had. He was like yeah it will work. I went home and tried it. Could not get it to work, he tried nothing. He gave a replacement but said if it did not work I could not get a refund. I only bought it cause he said UT would work. Over all I try to hate the place but the selection is rather good. Just make sure if the game looks scratched up have them disk clean it and check it, or you might have a similar problem
