I agree w/ Shannon and Philly. That particular cashier is NOT in the least bit extroverted and doesnt say anything to anyone. This Rite Aid is my down-the-street pharmacy and drugstore so Im here quite a bit. It is a busy drugstore and the lines can get long at the cashiers. Ive also had issues getting prescriptions filled in the past (incompetent pharmacist). That appears to have been a one-time issue though w/ a pharmacist who I believe is no longer there. If there was another drugstore just as close Id walk there instead of this Rite Aid. So if youre driving, skip this one and drive 1/2 mile in either direction for other options.

I dont usually write reviews but feel as though the awful customers service I just received warrants a review. My cashier was an older redhead who would not look at or speak to me even though I tried three times to initiate conversation with her. I dont need to become best friends with her but I think a hello is appropriate in a business interaction. Granted, I am a heavily tattooed female but I dont have two heads or fire spitting out of my eyes. Ill be going to CVS..Thanks.

slow cashiers and poor management summarizes this store. there are more than 3 registers, and they are often unmanned. when they are, the cashiers are not motivated to do a half-decent job to ring people out at a timely manner. hey, i know retail sucks. but while you are at it for 8-9 hours, just get it over with and dont make everyone spend 8-9 hours in the same store as you!

Extremely unfriendly cashier. Very slow, no greeting, turned her back on us was we approached her register. Unprofessional and absolutely does not give a damn about figuring out what customer service is.

Went there for beer and was absolutely shocked NO beer was on sale, 100% of the choices were full price. Im not exaggerating. Other rite aids have the best beer prices, I wont be back to this location.
