Unparalleled satisfaction. Scott and his team went above and beyond for what Im sure was a small job for them. They may actually have put more in hours and materials into this job than I paid them. But they have a loyal customer. Ill be back. Ill go out of my way to bring them all of my printing. They noticed problems in my source files. Worked hard with me to solve them, and didnt charge me anything extra for all the time this tricky problem created. The last outfit I used either didnt notice, or ignored the problem, printed on poorer quality card stock, took longer, and charged me more. The quality of the product is high. The quality of the service was highest. And the cost was lower than average. If you care about the product, and you care about your experience... this is the place.

These guys will take advantage of you due to lack of competition in the area. I would go somewhere else. Concider even ordering online to avoid the cost. We pay .25 a sq foot at the Alpha Graphics in Lynnwood. These guys charged .60 a sq foot. It wouldnt have been so bad if they would have said so prior to printing. They said they were the same company and pricing and accounts were the same at all the AG. Different story once our driver had already paid and left with the printed material. No one from management would call me back to discuss the matter. What normally cost us $78.00 they charged $189.00. That hurts the pocket book...
