I bought a $10 birthday card and was going to buy a $6 sheet of wrapping paper for a gift for my mother in law that I needed to wrap before I left the mall. I asked the girl checking me out if I could use a few pieces of tape to wrap the gift and she said "no, we dont give out tape". Literally 3 small pieces of tape and little customer service would have gone a long way, instead, Ill never shop at the store again.
