So they only have two doughnut flavors per day. Always vanilla and one other. The day we went the other flavor was red velvet. Which is fine, except that because I have a hard time finding my favorite doughnut (with a chocolate doughnut) I was very excited to go to a "custom" doughnut place. When we looked at the website it listed the doughnut flavors, but not that not all flavors were available daily. None of the icings are made in-house, and they all have high fructose corn syrup, which makes me sick. We ended up getting powdered doughnuts - just the basic doughnut and powdered sugar. The doughnuts were nice and hot, but took a very long time to get. We also ordered a doughnut sundae. That is, we ordered and paid for a doughnut sundae, but when it came it was just a basic doughnut and ice cream. They were out of whipped cream and the hot fudge machine was broken. Which probably should have been brought to our attention when we ordered. We also got gelato - a mistake. I was excited because they make their own and they had stracciatella, which I love (but possibly cant spell). It was way too sweet. It tasted like cold marshmallow fluff with chocolate bits added in. Also it took a ridiculously long time to get. I would understand the time lag if they had given us our order all at the same time when everything was ready, but they didnt. Things came out as they prepared them. First the sundae, then (after I asked) the gelato, then the two doughnuts rolled in powdered sugar. It was such a disappointment. I had really been looking forward to trying Amazing Glazed. But Ill never be going back.

I went there, told the young lady it was my 1st time there. Madison was very nice she explained to me how their services were SUPPOSE to be....fresh & hot doughnut, you pick your flavor, topping and such. So why did i walk outside the door, get in my vehicle, and start eating a cold doughnut? Im sure it didnt get that cold walking right outside their door. I thought it was suppose to be hot & fresh. Then when i called the store, asked for a manager, i was told, "shes not here, she just pops in whenever". Okay, first and LAST visit there. Way to go guys...

This is the only local donut shop I know of in Chesapeake and it so exceptional. It is not expensive as far as specialty donuts go and the staff are always so sweet and helpful. The donuts and Gelato are SO SO good! If you think the Gelato is expensive for the size, youll try it and find out its so rich that you dont need that much. If you live in Chesapeake you HAVE to visit here!

Was very happy with the product but a little embarrassed for this establishment considering the employees on the shift felt it was appropriate to say derogatory and unnecessary remarks about the customers ordering in front of us, not sure who was working the pm shift on 7/30 but Id rather pay for an experience that doesnt take me back to high school

I came here right before closing one night, I wasnt expecting much I just thought it was going to be like every other donut. The donuts and ice cream are sooooooo darn good! I think the prices are great too! Im the only one in my house who eats sweets or else Id order a dozen every time I come in.

The donuts are fresh and the toppings are pretty. Sometimes the donuts are still hot and the toppings run off so you have to make sure that you keep the lids open and DO NOT LEAVE THE BOXES IN THE CAR. The heat from the weather will melt the toppings just as easily.

Fresh donuts with a variety of different toppings. Definitely the most sugary substance I have indulged in a long time. They have ice cream as well, all that you can can have in different combinations, including combining the donut with ice cream.

I heard about this place from my friend. Honestly I wasnt too hyped but the people are really nice and the donuts.... oh lord the donuts. Theyre soooooo good!!!! Im a firm believer in traditional glaze BUT JUST TRY ITO BECAUSE THEY ARE SO GOOOOOD.

This is not your average donut shop. The already wonderful donuts are topped with the best combinations of fruit, chocolate or pretty much any topping you can imagine. The prices are also great and the staff is friendly and helpful.

Forget the other donut places! Hot donuts all the time and you can pick your own toppings. Virtually hundreds of combinations available. All toppings applied as you watch by hand! Hands down the best donuts in Hampton Roads!

Creative doughnuts, but not amazingly tasty. I go there mostly for the gelato icecream. Doughnuts are a bit pricey, but its cool to see them made. You are paying for a custom job. Coffee is fresh, but nothing to brag about.

This place is amazing for their donuts! Their samoas are the best donuts Ive ever tasted. Im giving it 5 stars for the amazing donuts alone. their coffee is awful, so i dont recommend getting coffee here.

Extremely tasty donuts made fresh to order. Really friendly staff. And reasonably priced. A dozen is only like $12. And you can order ahead of time and pick them up whenever you want.
