All other Sherwin williams stores there employees are great always helpful and respectful but this specific store every time I come here and buy paint they are so disrespectful and they never get your account right, and the other employees dont know how to match paint, you ask them for the materials you need and they forget, or they give you the wrong paint and also so disappointed that the store manager BARRY PRICE is super rude he saw i was next in line and help 3 people that got to the store after me so rude. Been buying paint from Sherwin williams for about 30yrs and never had complain about any store but just the one in tomball very disappointed. They should change the manager so things could get better in this store always packed and only one gentleman there i think his name is Josh is a very good employee he has help me a couple times and always gets my orders right. Sherwin williams should have more employees like him.

Were not from this part of town but happened to be driving through and I remembered that I needed some touch up paint. I even had the old can in my trunk. After we went inside there were about 3 people in front of us and 2 of them were scattered. 1 customer was at the counter. Well the staff refused to acknowledge us. We just stood there like we were in the way. Stood there for about 15 minutes before leaving. Finally we headed back up to the affluent and multicultural area of Cypress and went to the store there on Barker Cypress. We were greeted by 2 female associates and they were SO much helpful in our paint selection. STAY AWAY from this Tomball location and hick infested town. Keep in Houston.

Ive been twice and each time, Justin, has been more than helpful, offering advice and guiding me in making the best choices for the job I am completing. Ive had to wait, but no more than about 5 minutes, which they wrapped up assisting other customers. The gentleman working their have nor been horsing around or goofing off. They have been focused on the customers needs, as well as mine. Im always in abd out quickly, even with my 100s of questions. Everyone, my purchases have been carried to my car. Helpful and great service.
