Overall experience was great. Yesterday afternoon, I was helped out as soon as I walked in to sell my clothes and they were fast to look over everything and give me an offer. The two associates who helped me out were very friendly. However, I do have to make a comment about the employees there. There was one girl who was kissing her boy friend while on the clock while guests were shopping, including myself. There were a bunch of associates behind the registers just on their phones. I know that theyre a bunch of high school kids and maybe even college kids, but please be a little more professional than that. The texting didnt bother me as much as the girl kissing her boy friend, but you never know who will walk in through those doors.

While dropping off your items, you have to sign a paper saying that youll accept whatever offer they give you without the option of declining. Got there with 3 brand new brand name pieces of clothing right when they opened and their seller was running late so I couldnt wait and had to leave. Come back an hour later and they only offer me 8 bucks but I couldnt decline because I signed their contract. Ill admit that I was in a rush and didnt fully read their contract but such a rip off that you have to sign your items away without actually knowing how much theyll give you and it was such a waste of time. Platos isnt better but theyre at least reasonable.

Dont bother consigning here, especially if you dont have the time to watch the employees go through your items. They will have you sign a contract stating that you will accept All Offers given with no option to reject. I would suggest to never leave your items unattended no matter how many items the "buyers" have to go through. This place is a complete rip off. I may as well have donated my items to the company. VERY Unethical buy back prices. Unless you are okay with them giving you low ball offers for your items with no option of declining... DONT CONSIGN HERE. The contract is a "legal" way for them to steal from you.

Staff is nice and I can always find cute clothes. Ive purchased several dresses and skirts here. I found a hole in one item I wanted and the manager gave me a pretty decent discount! As for selling, Ive brought clothes in a few times. Their payment prices are reasonable. Dont go in expecting to profit--thats not how clothing resale works. They can only purchase what they believe will sell, and shoppers are very picky.

How the f am I supposed to match an outfit if I cant bring shoes, belts, suspenders, hats, watches, or any accessories into the fitting room? What idiot came up with that policy? I come in, see these amazing shoes and suspenders, get all excitedz only to be able to do nothing with them because I cant even see how they look on me before I buy them? I mean seriously?

I found super cute espadrilles, lucky brand jeans in great condition for $30, an express pencil skirt for $7, and a bunch of cute shirts for less than $10 each. The best part: no dressing room limit, so you can save time most places make you waste doing multiple trips to the dressing room.

The workers were horribly rude and lied to my face about their buying process. When I asked a question about how the process worked, the woman working was exceptionally rude to me. I donate my clothing quite frequently and they can count on never getting my business again.

Dont sell here. They wont give you sufficient amount of money even if you bring in good quality clothes, shoes, jewelry etc. Then the sales people have the nerve to be rude or scoff because you dont take their crappy offer.

Great service, employees are always there when you need them and very polite workers. Very reliable when you need to sell. They have relatively low prices for their products and it is very reliable for back to school.

As a seller, make the time to stay in store as they give priority to those who do in terms of whose bags they check first... Good selection of dresses. Nice employees, just a bit unorganized.
