I ordered the day before. Received 2 calls to confirm the order. I thought, this will be great! Next morning 2 hours after the scheduled deliver I find out from my family the order never showed up. Called the shop and the lady told me they did deliver and that I gave them the wrong room number. After arguing with her for 10 min, the owner finally called me. He said they would attempt to re-deliver, but with only one driver it would take some time. At this point it was 3 hours late. Finally, the owner calls me back and tells me that the driver admitted they delivered to the wrong person and after 3 hrs and 45 min after the scheduled deliver my nephew received his breakfast. The owner offered to "credit" me for my time and their mistake with removing the cost of the donut holes ($1.10) and a $5.00 credit. After over an hour on the phone with these people and the frustration, I got a $6.10 credit. Now on day 3 of this---I have been charged to my bank account the original amount and the discounted amount. My $28 order has not charged me $48+. And they said the donuts were not even fresh! So, stale donuts, late service, poor customer service, and double charged! No thank you!!!! Never again. I guess my tomorrow will be dealing with them to try and get my money back. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!

This was my first time ever going into this donut shop. I asked the lady behind the counter for 4 dozen donut holes. The lady placed my 4 dozen donuts into bags. I kindly asked the lady if she could put them in a box instead...because I have to take it to a meeting. She tells me that it will not fit into the box. I told her that I prefer the box instead of the bag. Why is she still trying to explain that it doesnt fit in the box and the box would only fit 2 dozens? Once again, I told her that was fine. She said I would have to charge you for the boxes. And again.. I said that is fine. She put the donuts in the boxes and guess what...they fit just fine. That was the worst service I have ever received from a little donut shop. She should probably consider taking sessions on how to give good customer service.

Not impressed I called to place an order to the Dallas police department in honor of national doughnut Day and was told they would call me back They did not An hour and a half later I called them and they said they were unable to take my order at that point Customer service stinks and I would not use them again

The service is great, but the food is less than stellar. Plus they had some beta fish that were all floating in their original plastic containers from the store and the water was extremely dirty. It made me feel bad for those fish. Thats petty, and doesnt really have much todo with the food, but it seemed a bit unhygienic.

The lady put my iced donuts in a bag so when I went to share them with my co-workers the icing was all over every donut, mostly on the bag. The donuts were ruined and they have THE WORST KOLACHES I ever had. Dont stop here. Keep trucking to the next closest donut shop.

Great donuts! I had tried orange, strawberry, maple and a bear claw and they were all good. The kolaches were also great. The donuts were fresh and the owner was friendly as well. Will definitely come back!

I live less than 20 yards away from this donut shop. The sweet and kind owner/operator makes great donuts in many varieties with an astounding consistency. Highly recommend!!!!

Received a bug in my dozen donuts and when I called them to inform them they said it was not true and I was lying. NEVER ORDER FROM HERE! This place needs to be inspected!

Great donut holes and kolaches, but their chocolate icing is more like a chocolate syrup on top of the donut very runny. Just stick to glaze.
