WARNING - While Shipleys has the best hot glazed donuts around by far, I find their business practices questionable. This morning I went in to purchase some donuts and noticed that I was charged $1.70/each for specialty donuts while the on-screen monitor said they were $1.55/each. When I questioned the gentleman who rang me up about the price difference, I was told that they could not change the on-screen price (which I find a bit strange because why would a business invest in digital screens if it doesnt make adding new products and changing prices easier and cheaper). I commented that they should at least put a note up near the screens because if they are charging more than the on-screen price, customers have the right to know. His response was theyll take it into consideration and hell let someone know. Just be warned that the prices they have listed on their screens are inaccurate, and they will charge you more even though its not listed!

ILL NEVER EAT OTHER DONUTS AGAIN. BEST IN TEXAS!! (which pretty much makes them the best anywhere) I honestly just stumbled upon this place one morning and decided to swing in "for a donut". I seriously spent 30 minutes in there trying to decide how, exactly, I wanted to apportion the two boxes I decided to leave with. Somehow the staff didnt lose patience with me; all smiles the whole time. Friendly people, great service, even better donuts. Do yourself a favor and stop in. This store here in Bedford is now a weekend ritual! Their kolaches are amazing as well!! Ask for Phil, hell take great care of you!

Ive been a fan of Shipleys since the 1980s. Ive been to many locations over the last several decades and have enjoyed all my experiences. However this location is Dreadful. While the building itself has a nice appearance a couple of the staff members looked hygienicly challenged. They also dont really know the product. Also when I asked for makes donuts they take what feels like forever to pick out Donuts. Ill recommend any Shipleys but this one.

Really good donuts! They have the best apple fritters!!! Sometimes their service is a little slow. And Ive watched the manager or owner (not sure who he is) grab donuts without gloves or paper one time when I was there. It kinda grossed me out. But, I still go!!

Absolutely fantastic customer service!!! They were able to make 8 DOZEN donuts, ALL variety, for my sons school from the moment I called! It only took them 10 MINUTES!!! BEST SERVICE EVER & EXCELLENT donuts!!! The teachers are SO thrilled! Thank YOU!

This place has the best fresh tasty Donuts. Donuts are fluffy inside, with slight crisp outside..not at all greasy. This place has every flavor imaginable..so hard to choose..they also offer lattes,mochas, etc..I had a caramel latte..very good!!

Get there early when the donuts are fresh! This is the only place that comes even close to Krispy Kreme in quality. The donuts are very fresh and are quite good. No stale bread here!

We were they during the busy time on a Saturday morning. The kids (and parents) loved watching the donuts being made from the windows looking in to the kitchen. Great tasting do-nuts!
