This place was terrible. My family went today on Natinal Donut day. Their sign read you would get a free donut with a purchase. Each of my children, my ex-husband, and I got a kolache and beverage. We asked if wed get a free donut each with this purchase and the guy at the counter says yes. My ex pays and the guys asks his manager about giving us the donuts. She tells him he can only give us one, not one per consuming customer, but one for the whole family. Seriously thats why we asked before we payed and were lied too. We tell her but she dont care. I tell her what her sign says and she just shrugs her shoulders and blows us off. They falsely advertise and lied to our faces while they took our money. They said one thing and once they got our cash they didnt give us what was promised. This is why Im so angry. What a cheap and disgraceful establishment. If your employee says one thing to the customer, then the customer shouldnt be at fault for you not honoring it. I knew I should of just drove the extra way to Krispy Kreme. They value their customers.

Bad customer service!!!!! So mad!I came across town to get donuts with my 11 year old. She got off with a $20 bill and got in line. The older man at the counter kept skipping her! She asked if she was next and he said wait! She had the money, holding it up showing she was waiting-paying customer. He acted like he didnt understand or didnt hear what she said. Im sure there are lots of kids that get off to pay. She was the last one to serviced. Is that how they treat our kids?!

I do not like donuts, so I wont bother reviewing them. But their kolaches are the worst. There is very little selection (sausage, ham, or sausage and jalapeno), the bread is often undercooked, and the cheese just feels slimey. Go to any other donut shop in town that sells kolaches and youll get a much better product.

Dont believe any of these 1 point star reviews, shipleys is amazing, by far my favorite donut place, and I crave them when theyre closed. That shows you how great they are! Plain glazed are good and basically any choice. The employees are pretty nice.. but the food is why you go here :)

The most expensive donuts in Baytown. 1/2 dozen cake donuts are $3.99. That 66 cents for a small plain donut.
