The staff were very knowledgeable. We went in for some shakes. The young lady showed us some other drinks that were better. Both staff members answered our many question. We will be returning !!

Decent prices and they have a nice supplement selection. The staff however are utterly pathetic they have no knowledge on product lines or even how they work.

Decent selection. Wish they carried healthy n fit whey or anabolic protein, not just egg. Prices are ok. I like them better than GNC.
