I would rate this place a five considering how much I like the store and its prices, but since the customer service is absolutely terrible, then it gets a one. Thank Goodness there is a new one in Tanger Outlets! From the many times Ive gone to this store, I have probably only been greeted TWICE... In fact, I went there today and no one greeted me, not even when I walked up to the register for a return. He stood there and rudely watched, giving one word responses. A few moments later, a lady walked in and he turns around and greets her super loud several times and throws a wave in there as well. Last time I will set foot in that store while he is working there!!

I love this place. The prices are pretty average, but I have found some fantastic clearance shoes. They stack the sales, too, so when theres a 40% off sale, it will apply to clearance as well. Walked out one day with a pair of Guess high heeled sandals for $5. Mightve been the greatest day of my life. Staff is super friendly and helpful.
