I have to start out by saying this place does NOT install items purchased and that is why this is so much more exceptional. I purchased wipers for my SUV from a fantastic young lady and she was right on in finding the proper replacements for three wipers needed. I had no problem reinstalling the front windshield wipers but had difficulty replacing the rear window wiper. Call it old age or whatever, but I went back and asked if I could have help in interpreting the instructions and the young lady took it upon herself to try to replace the wiper. She was, as I was, concerned of breaking something so we went back in and a gentleman who worked there came out and replaced the wiper. I am so grateful for the help and going the extra mile. What a fine establishment! I want to thank those two employees for going back to what makes life better. THANK YOU!!!

Remember when the staff at the auto parts store knew what they were doing? If youre tired of getting some kid behind the computer who has never changed his own oil and doesnt know the difference between an Olds 350 and a Chevy 350 youll be happy to visit Etown Auto Parts. John and the staff go the extra mile to try to find what you need. They have a good inventory and will also check neighboring stores for you if it isnt in stock. Prices are often competitive with online retailers too. Lots of parts stores in the area but this is always my first stop.
