I was looking for a portable vaporizer and went in and told the salesman that I had terrible experience with $40 portable vaporizer and that I was looking for a portable vaporizer that produce good taste and doesnt produce hot vape. He suggested Pinnacle pro and went on saying how great the Pinnacle pro is(vape taste, vape production amount and good battery life) and willingness by the manufacturer to replace or fix when under warranty and how great the warranty was. I bought the sales pitch and bought the Pinnacle pro for $198 after the salesman gave me 10% off). I charged the Pinnacle pro till it was fully charged and tried it out. The vape was hot(coughed like crazy) at second temp setting from the lowest(has 5 settings) and taste was better than cheap portable vaporizer but not by much. What really ticked me off was at full charge, it worked for 12 minutes than it turned off. It automatically shuts off after 8 mins and after 1.5 sessions, it shut off. I turned it back on and the battery meter displayed that it needed to be charged again. So I went back to return it. At the point of purchase, the salesman never told me about no return and no exchange policy. During the sales pitch, he told me that Pinnacle pro is so great, no one had returned the product. Of course no one had returned the product considering NO Return Policy. When I went back to return it, the salesman was selling an item to a customer and noticed me coming in with an item. He made sure I heard him telling his customer that there is no return or exchange policy by speaking out louder than when he was informing them about the product that they were about to purchase.(I waited 3-4 minutes while he was helping them out.) Also when I was making the purchase, the salesman specifically reached for the box behind the other Pinnacle pro and I didnt think much of it at the time. When I went home and did a more thorough check on the vaporizer, it had a dent toward the cap area by the mouth piece and I thought that it might have been a slight defect during the manufacturing process but now I have doubts and wonder if the salesman had intentionally picked the one behind the other ones.(Possibly a returned item? Cause even with no return policy, there are customers that make enough ruckus that its easier to bend the rules and accept the return. I know because I worked in the sales business for 10 years) Now I have to contact the manufacturing company and try to have them fix it. According to my 2 hour research, the company that manufactured the Pinnacle pro had great customer service until 2013. However, after 2013, lots of people are complaining about ignored emails, ignored phone calls and when the company did respond, they made it hard to the point where one gives up and lose out on 200 dollar. Im crossing my fingers.... P.s. Even if the company does fix it or replace it, I still have a vaporizer that is not worth 200 dollars and produce Hot, Mediocre tasting vape with Poor battery life even in new condition. In the end, its my fault for buying the salesmans sales pitch and not doing my own research before buying it. And also my fault for stopping by Wild Side shop instead of other shops like Bad Habit smoke shop that carry some of the best portable vaporizer like Pax 2, Firefly and at least 15 other choices compared to three that Wild Side Smoke Shop had.

Stopped into Wild Side in hopes of finding a quick n cheap rig, and was met with very friendly customer service and THREE FULL CASES of discounted pieces. Bree handled several sales at once and everyone left happy. Including us! I hope she makes commission because she also talked me into purchasing a full size Phoenician grinder

Great people every time we have went in. Bought a honey bucket from Gavin took a 18 home needing an 14 he worked with us stayed open so we could get in to switch. Have been in the store several times and have received the same warm friendly feel from everyone in staff we have worked with.

The workers there make me want to never come back. They were pushy and tried to sell me different products than I asked for. They wouldnt listen to me. Ended up just leaving the store because I was so annoyed with their staff. Do not come here. Do not support them.

I was sold glass as quarts. Soon as I get my bucket home and start heating it the bottom popped out. I called they say I can have 30% off of another one. This is ridiculous! First and last time I spend money there!
