Wow that sale associate named Frank is so rude. I looked at the price tags and things were mixed up. I was in a hurry so I grabbed what I need and went to check out. I was so confused on the total because it was different than what I thought. I just wanted to verify each of the items price (i only got 3 things). I was then ok with it and he said to me : "Yep, you have to read!" Who would say something like that to their customers? I love all the ladies who work there, they are so sweet and helpful. I have been shopping here for years and this is the first time Ive encountered this. Beware of his attitude!

This had become the only supply store I purchase from because its well stocked and organized, all of the staff are helpful and well educated about product and techniques. When I am ever in doubt of a formula or new product, I know I can trust the staff at thus location to stear me in the right direction.
