A Private User

I ordered a driveshaft for my ford ranger, it was for the correct wheel-base but not for a raised truck so I had to return it. I put new U-Joints in it, even, and sent it back basically new. I ordered the driveshaft on 7-5-07 and sent it back on 7-25-07. The UPS tracking says it was delivered on 7-26-07, but there was no credit back to my credit card for returning the part within the return window. I waited another month as it can take an extra 30 days for merchant credits to appear on your credit card, but no such luck. Two months later now, and I had to file a dispute with my credit card company! They even charged me $28 and change to ship the part to me, when it cost $13.43 to send it back! There wasnt $15 worth of cardboard and saran wrap there, so beware, the screw you on the S&H charge too!

Im not sure that I will even go since the website is so terrible. It makes no sense.It gives virtually zero information about the business and theres no way to look up anything on it. Unless I just dont understand how it works which could also be true. If thats the case Im sorry but even then it shouldnt be difficult to use. It should be made easy enough for everyone to use it. What ever the case is, its bad for business because if people have a difficult time with the website then I can only imagine what the business is like in person.
