It does returns but the manager said that they could not do refunds if say you didnt have enough in your account to pay it but it took say 4.04 out of your bank and your order was say 11.74

Products are very cheap, and there are some name brand items but a lot are knock off brands, which for $1 for everything, there isnt much to complain about
