Someone reviewed: "Love this key food even though they dont have Fresh bakery." It depends on your definition of Bakery. Their deli has a big assortment of fresh breads, bagels & bialys, rolls, etc. The deli has a big assortment of cold cuts and fresh-made salads. And by "salads," I mean more than just green things, and more than you can eat from just one visit. In any other grocery store chain, I dont think the store-brand cakes they sell are actually baked inside the store. Regardless, there is no shortage of higher-end baked cakes and cookies, if thats what you need. They have only a small selection of "health and beauty" products. But there is a friendly, tiny "Parkdale" drug store about 20 feet from Key Foods entrance. They are well stocked.

I was just there at 9:50pm. I needed ginger ale that was it. I live 1 minute away from them walking distance. They would not let me in. There hours are posted for 10pm to close. Not 9:50pm. If your not going to run a business by your hours. Then whats the point of having the sign. Not only that I called to ask them if it was okay. The guy was rude telling me what time it was. Your an employee disrespecting a customer. Telling me thats how the manager runs the business. By closing 10 minutes early. Even other corporate companys that are like key food dont do that. They lock there doors at the time posted.

Only came here once, it is very over crowded, no sufficient walk through space. The staff told us it was OK to bring in our small Yorkie in when we asked, then while inside another employee told us we had to take our furry family member outside. We werent in the produce section we were in the back by the milk section. Thier is clearly a lack of disorganization. Went to the produce and not everything looked fresh so please check the produce to make sure you do not take anything in with mold as I almost took some grapes that had mold on the stems.

This store is horrible. They tend not to have sale items in the store. I once got their circular to my house with an item advertised at one price. The circulars and signs in the store had the same item advertised for a different higher price. It didnt matter that I had a circular with a lower price. Something fishy is going on with that store.

There was an older guy with hairy arms digging through the rolls with bare hands the whole time I was at the deli. Deli worker was right there bullshitting with him the whole time too. Super gross. His arms and hands touched every roll... and as far as I could tell he didnt even take one. Just digging for fun, I guess.

a lot of stuff and sales. prices are usually good, sometimes too much. the deli for example is a bit over priced but it taste good and is really fresh. they also have free samples in the little stand up tray thing near the cakes sometimes. its convinient since its like the only real supermarket closest to me.
