On 12/15/2016 at 12:15 pm. I stopped here to fuel and get a buffet to go. The cashier "Tracy" never asked me it I had and Ultra One card, cashed my order out for $11.70. I informed her that I indeed had an Ultra One card. So instead of her reopening the check So I could get my points. She told me, "we are not swipeing and points because it is close to the end of the year". "Tracy" stood right in my face lies to me and tried to insult my intelligence. I called the district manager and informed him. He basicly defense her for not doing her job, because she lied to him and said, she asked me for an Ultra One card.(LIAR). I have been stopping here for over 20years. I have never had a problem or issue with this place. But after learning that the on site manager is out do to family reasons. I now understand why this happened the way it did. Because, "Tracys" sister is playing active/ Temporary manager. So she will defend her sister at no cost. What ever happens to, "THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT"?.

El lugar es OK pero no esta entre las mejores TA que conozco.les falta más atención al cliente .algo bueno .tienen un líquido para limpiar el windshield en otros lugares solo agua y a veces no muy limpia .me parece que el personal que mantiene la yarda hace buen trabajo.la señora del Counter parece estar un poco sorda hay que repetirle mucho hasta para pagar por la scale. Numero de truck? Again numero de truck...again......

This place needs shut down we have been here three days already cause were waiting on load and they have been serving the exact same food they have been serving on the buffet for three days I watched them many times they kept just adding water to the same food this is very unsanitary... The waitresses are very rude and slow... The showers are so nasty the shower knob does not work you have to tie a rag around it so it will stay on there restrooms stink and toilets are very dirty toilet paper all over floor... And when you go in store the cashiers give you attitude cause they have to ring you up like I said weve been here three days now its been the same every day... So I would not use this truck stop were just using the parking I have been ordering pizza and having it delivered to our truck... This place is the worst...

Being a trucker I travel a lot and get to taste food around the country so my review maybe different than others. Ok so the dinner buffet for $12.49 sucks and lacks variety and needs the price to be at $9.00 at the most. I wouldnt eat here again and would rather walk to the Taco Bell across the street. Nothing was good and the chicken tasted nasty. And they bring you the bill as soon as you finish you plate the round. I know you dont have to pay for it right away and all but couldnt you just wait ? Its like the waitress are constantly dragging you out as soon as they can to save on the food. Anyways, this is those places were you feel like over priced and bad tasting food. Just an honest trucker.

Three stars because they only sell Nestle Pure Life bottle water in a case. That water tastes of chemicals. Not only that Nestle is responsible for the water contamination in Flint Michigan, that I cannot support in shape, form or fashion. The showers have great water pressure and the water is very hot thankfully. Tons of semi parking and woods to explore for some exercise. The blonde cashier with tons of necklaces on isnt very nice and rolled her eyes at me when I asked if they have any other brands of bottled water by the case. Store looks pretty clean but its hot in there, especially in the bathroom. Cold in the showers oddly.

Very low standards... Had to wait forever at the fuel desk just to pay for fuel. His customer service was good though. Totally DIFFERENT story at the restaurant... From food itself to service especially if you are having buffet prepare yourself for some old dried out food and cold shoulder from your server,probably wont even ask if you need a refill. My suggestion save your money from buffet and order from the menu. Eventually you gonna have to do it anyway.

If i could negative star this repair shop i would..... 20 hrs now sitting waiting on a air governor ....now being told i need a compressor ....2700 bucks and no one is even working on it at all ....this is horrible... The worst repair shop i have ever pulled in to....freekin part changers are making me go broke and i dont even know when they will be done

The Dennys thought it was ok to take an hour to make a salad so I used the flying j counter for food instead and the meatloaf was not only dry but crusty and not edible. Only one big truck handicap parking they turned the other two spots into pay for parking. The staff rude, wanted to talk to each other instead of taking care of customers.

One of my employees tried to use his Fleetone/WEX card at this location but they refused to accept it, although we have used this card at this location numerous times in just the past 30 days. They will not run this card as a Fleetone card because it has WEX on it - these companies merged some time ago.

A very nice place to stop. Nice grass areas for your pet. As always be respectful and pick up after your pet. And your own trash. These people here keep the grass maintained, parking lot is nice parking area. Very relaxing. Go for nice walks. The store is clean, coffee is good. The people are friendly.

Absolutely FILTHY showers!! If I could share photos here, Id show the world the blob of snot or other body substance that was all over the floor. Complained and all I got was attitude. Pathetic! If it is the last truck stop available for 500 miles only then will I stop here again for parking ONLY.

I like this TA the inside is nice and quiet. Expect for the upstairs womans bathroom are not clean. It seems like every time I go in there the womans bathroom have a nasty smell to them. Some members of the staff ignored me I asked them questions.

Shut down in a place were parking your truck is worse than sitting in 287 traffic. How dumb. This place may not be the greatest but at least you can grab a shower get a decent meal and digress from a sh**** day in new York city.

The entrance, and exits are tricky. Not to mention the way you have to take just to get back on the highway... The fuel pumps are usually empty whenever I visit so Im always in and out without a hitch.

Terrible! Dirty fuel aisles and while ur fueling ud think ur n the movie arachnophobia! Spiders everywhere!! I was only able to get 20 gallons enough to make it the next fuel stop

Great shop area great parking and people arent as rude as most Yankees are but clean and pleanty to do while waiting for a good crew of mechanics to work on the companies rig
