I have been shopping at Anns for years now. I wear a very large cup and havent found a bra that fits anywhere but here. The customer service experience at the Chesterfield location has always been fantastic too. I am not sure why people are saying otherwise honestly. The staff at this location has been helpful, charming, knowledgeable, professional & able to solve any issues I have had. Let me tell you specifically about my most recent experience: I havent bought new bras in about 5 years because my husband was out of work for a long time due to the bad economy. We all know how women are, we take care of ourselves last. My husband finally insisted that I go shopping so I went to Anns and got fitted and bought 6 new bras and got the 7th bra free thanks to their bra club. Christa was fantastic! I told her right away that I wasnt looking forward to it and I was having a bad day but she just smiled and got to work. She measured me and helped me figure I was wearing the wrong size bra. Heck, bodies change in 5 years. I got a one size smaller band and 4 sizes bigger cup. And she was honest too as we went along. We talked about how things looked and how they fit and exactly what I should be looking for. I love having big boobs and I teased her I wanted to look tall and pointy just like the 1950s and she laughed and was a great sport about helping me find the best choices. She really listened to my concerns and made sure she clearly explained the choices she was bringing me to try on. She also showed me pictures of bras that would be coming in in the next 1-5 months that were in the style that I like. I will be placing an order for sure. One is a super sexy animal skin pattern and the other is just darling with trellis and flowers. Some people think that girls with huge boobs cant find fun or cute bras and that simply isnt true. I got a hot pink, cocoa brown, red, black, and a blue bra that are all very pretty. Sure, they arent pieces of string and 2 sea shells like a super model can wear but they fit well and really are comfortable and attractive and my husband even says SEXY! One of the problems that I had when I got home with my new Elila bras is that the strap was sliding due to the weight of my "chest". LOL Sorry, dont know how to say that any other way. Big boobs really do weigh a lot. I stopped by the store expecting to have to return them all and feeling pretty worried and defeated, and Catherine the manager, took care of me right away. She had a new non slip clasp sewn on all the new bras that made them not budge an inch! I was so grateful and it is the perfect solution. There was no extra charge for the extra service. AND they were returned to me the following day! That was just shocking fantastic above and beyond customer service. I would highly recommend Anns Bra Shop. A good bra fitting is so much more than just the bra. My posture is better. I look thinner because my boobs are higher. My confidence is better because I know I look better and I am taking care of myself. But mostly, knowing I have friends at Anns that will help me be my best me is priceless. And yes, they really do treat you like you are friends! Thanks ladies! P.S. I never saw the dog nor did I smell a dog. I wouldnt let that deter you if dogs arent your thing.

These women are battle axes. Staff is unfriendly, at best, mostly loof, inattentive, unhelpful, and rude. *Very first visit was polar opposite, but they wanted to reel me in & make the sale, so Id return & purchase more. All other visits have been nightmare. I am rather hard to fit, with small band around, but large cups (30G), so, I was happy to find somewhere kind of close (I live in STL south city) where I could find bras and swimwear that fit. They have what I need, but, I hate spending any money here (6 visits between the 2 locations) because their customer service is SO bad, but, to my knowledge, they are the only specialty "size" shop in town......until 2 months ago (more on this later). So, I have been buying 2-3 bras each visit, at an average price of $65 each, and feeling mad about it when I left. arrggghhhh. I also bought a swimsuit by SUNSETS, which was adorable, buying separate bra sizes for bikini top---I found the same suit on-line this year, which I would recommend by all costs. Both locations are similar. They both have cheap, uncomfortable dressing rooms, and store is outdated & cheesy - indoor/outdoor carpet with lattice on walls. ugh. They do have huge inventory. So, this is my recommendation: get fitted for your correct & current size, try on several different bras, take pics of bra label or tag with your Iphone, and buy them online or anywhere else - Ebay had a few of specialty brands in wide range of sizes for half to third of prices.

I have been shopping at this location for at least a decade. I usually go once a year and buy a few bras at a time. I have taken advantage of my free bra as a bra club member on a few occasions as well. It is true that Anns interior is not up-to-date and that some of the fitters can be a bit brusque, but they know how to measure and fit bras to women correctly. With the exception of one purchase, I have never had an issue with any of the bras I have bought there. The bra in question was a new style for me, and while it was comfortable in-store, it was not a couple of weeks later. When I went to exchange it, I was told they couldnt help me because I had worn it. I had to go through Wacoals website to get a replacement, but the manufacturer stood behind its product and they were very helpful, and I learned my lesson - stick with what works! One last note/comment - I plan to take my teenaged daughter there soon to get properly fitted now that she is fully grown, and while they dont book appointments, I will be calling ahead to find out the best time to bring her for what may be a sensitive transaction as I want to ensure that someone approachable and knowledgeable will be helping her. I would also note that because businesses are required to do inventory at the beginning of January every year, that is not a good time to go bra shopping as they are very low on in-stock items. I learned that the hard a way a couple of years ago, and now avoid bra shopping in January.

Very unprofessional!! I had a mastectomy in January 2014 and went there for a prosthesis fitting several months later. They have "trained" fitters for this particular issue. After losing a breast it would have been nice to have been treated delicately. Instead the woman cussed like a sailor at the same time she was giving me sympathy. It rubbed me the wrong way, but I decided to give them another chance today (Oct 2014) since my lymphedema requires a different prosthesis. The woman never smiled, didnt seem to know what I needed, took me into a dressing room continually telling me they dont have what I was looking for. If she would have asked questions, read my prescription she would have understood what I needed. I finally got her to do so and then she looked it up and said they would be able to order this. I felt like I had to push her to look into this. She didnt even recognize the medical code for it. While I was undressed she decided to leave the fitting room and opened the door exposing me bare chested to any shoppers nearby. I was so embarrassed!! After spending an hour there (part of it was waiting to get waited on) she told me to come back and talk to the owner. What a total waste of my time!!!! Why couldnt I have been told this over the phone when I called yesterday?? They are not well trained at all.
