I only shop here because they carry the probiotics I like. They do have a decent selection of different products. Their prices are a little high. What I am not a fan of is their criptic coupon codes. I recive at least two text messages a week it is hard to keep up. The people that work their act as if you are entering an ATM security code to get their discounts. One lady that is rude could seem to find my name in the system and had me download a useless app. She kept typing my last name wrong even though I spelled it out for her. She lectured the next person in line about leaky gut and diagnosed her with a gluten allergy. She needs to learn she is not a doctor or even a dietitian. I find their expertise on pseudo science irritating. It is a clean store and wide selection. Dont understand their coupon code secretiveness.

Rave and Carol are rock stars here. Super informative and VERY helpful with all questions, concerns, ordering product, getting right on customer concerns to resolve issues. After several employee changes here, including management, I nearly stopped shopping here but Rave & Carol have made it such a positive experience that its kept me as a customer. Thank you SO much!! Not to mention Better Health offers cash back rewards, coupons, and their prices are better than Nutrition Unlimited and the Vitamin Shoppe. If there is a product that you want, that they dont currently have, let Rave or Carol know and they will get right on it! Also, the store is always clean and well stocked! A++

The store is very clean and presentable. Also the employees are friendly and helpful. Their selection of clean pure food is impressive, other grocery stores should learn from the health food revolution that stores like better health are pioneering. Of course non gmo organic food is more expensive than processed junk most companies make. What this country needs is a change in what we consciously put into our bodies. You are what you are eat. As we demand clean food, and vote with our dollars; big corporate will follow. Be the change?

Great selection, just need better customer service. Where else can I find vegan food for my son in this area? About a year ago I returned shampoo labeled unscented because it still had a slight scent. LOL, the manager argued with me that its unscented because its printed right on it. Though she eventually allowed the refund. Anyone whos shopped for truly fragrance-free products will understand what I mean :)

STOP SHOPPING HERE. BetterHealth is the most over-priced health food store there is. Theyre taking advantage of people that want to be healthy. To make it even worse, its almost impossible to find anything in the produce section thats not expired or a day away from expiration. Any one that shops here after reading this is a fool.

Liked most of the store, but its almost impossible to get help and the cashier, wish that I could remember her name was not only clueless but incredibly rude. The prices are a little high and the produce looked anything but fresh. I will choose to shop elsewhere.
