Horrible, horrible, horrible customer service. I purchased a Cvape pen from them yesterday. This is my second one mind you so Im familiar with how they work. When I opened it, it wouldnt work. So I brought it back today and the man working there was downright rude! He told me I must have broken it somehow and he would do me a favor and replace it this one time but "dont come back in here trying to get your money back or trying to get a new one when you break this one!" I politely corrected him and told him that I had not broken the first one, he sold me a defective product. Then he proceeded to tell me that my credit card receipt wasnt an acceptable receipt anyways. When I told him thats the only receipt he gave me he stated I needed an itemized receipt which was never offered to me!!!! He did end up replacing the piece of garbage he sold me the day before only repeating himself that hes doing me a favor in doing so. Im not sure if he was the owner or not but I am completely appalled by the lack of customer service, business etiquette, respect, and crap that they sell people. I will never shop there again and I would encourage anyone else looking to do business with this joke of a store to go elsewhere!!!

Will NEVER shop here or at any other of their locations again. Faulty/Fake products, waaay too over priced, and some of the most rudest/unprofessional staff youll ever come across(including the OWNER). Do yourself a favor and just go to Wild Bills Tobacco or Wild Side. At Wild Side you may end up spending a little more, but its worth it when you get a quality product and quality customer service.

The owner is very unprofessional. He gave me false information about a product. He then proceeded to tell me I was lying after I repeated the information he gave me back to him. When I called to speak with him, he was rude and said, "dude, shut the f**k up." and hung up on me. Terrible customer service.

Absolutely love this place! People that were working were cool, worker help me build a sweet rig! He knew a lot about the glass, hooked me up with an American blown piece. They had imports too. Overall good selection...cool people, cool place.
