Avoid this place like the plague. Their customers basically teach the employees/owners how to use/fix/clean their vapes. They seriously have no idea what theyre doing. They only sell 3rd party immitations of brand names and will admit to it, but claim, "They are the only store that carries quality immitations." I opened up an online site offering their exact product for no lie 1/5th of what they were charging and they said: "Oh I know that site its a scam theyll send you parts from china." Talking straight out of their asses to make a sale. Dont try and return anything if it breaks either. I spent $200 on a Mod that they specifically told me was "indestructable." Less than 2 hours later my new mod got so hot that it literally burned my hand. Aparently some small piece in the tank was warped and causing the battery to ark. Being a year+ long customer and spending over $2,000 I figured they could help me with my problem. I went in with my boyfriend and said Hi this is burning my hand and not working, I just bought it. The evil woman/co-owner immediately got snippy with me, accusing me of tampering with it. Saying it was my fault and "No one would ever give a refund for something like this." I wasnt asking for a refund! I just wanted help! I had just spent over $200!! And I hadnt done anything to it, they filled it for me at the shop and I hadnt even had to refill it yet. Ive been using vapes for two years and know what Im doing. So a CUSTOMER comes in and says oh that looks like a MANUFACTUR DEFECT in my opinion. But then the owner shoots him a look and hes suddenly switches to: OOOH wait this was tampered with. Unbelievable. They ended up refusing to help me out even though it turns out the piece I needed costs FIVE DOLLARS. I wasnt mad about the device breaking, Im mad at the way I was treated by the OWNER of this company after getting burned by a faulty product.

First of all im leaving 5 stars strictly for the fact that Jeff, Zack, Coyln, Dom, Matt and the other fine employees that work at the vapeway (I apologize for not knowing all the names) are all wonderful and extremely helpful people. Ever since I started coming back I have extremely enjoyed my experience at The Vapeway. I say Since I started coming back because there was a time where I refused to step foot in that store. The previous workers (owners?) were far from wonderful and helpful. I bought a mod a while back that ceased to fire 1 day after I purchased. I tried every option on my own to fix it but nothing worked so I decided to bring it back in hopes I could exchange it. I was told there was nothing they could do and they basically accused me of misuse. I wont go in to too much detail but basically they lack customer service and basic people skills. I heard from many people a couple years ago that they had no knowledge of the products they were selling, nevermind the juice that they carried, and based on my experience, I would say that was correct. Again I am very pleased that they are gone and now new, informed employees have replaced them. Vapeway Is now my #1 spot!

I started coming to The VapeWay when I moved back from Colorado in mid July. To say I had high expectations would be an understatement after frequenting most of the shops in downtown Denver. I was absolutely blown away by the customer service and amount of knowledge the staff had about every device they sold. Their juice selection and the way they present their menus in the shop was very impressive as well. No other vapeshop I have been to has every juice they sell with the flavor profile listed out in an easy to read menu format. Every other shop Ive been to just throws you the companies menu and tells you to read through it. At The VapeWay you can take your time looking through the menus as the staff guides you to juices they think will fit your vaping needs. Dont listen to the hateful reviews on here, sounds like other vape shops in the area arent too happy that their customer service cant live up to The VapeWay.

Worst vape shop ive ever been to. Firstly, everything is way over priced, you can buy an ego e-cig on ebay for 10 dollars and they charge you $70 for two. The liquid is overpriced so they can afford renting the spot, and i have wasted over $400 at this store over 2 years for things that no longer work. Secondly, the employees are extremely rude (mainly the owners). They REFUSE to accept returns if an e cig has been used or an atomizer, refusing to believe that the product was faulty, which it has been...many times. On the other hand at places in boston, i have been given 1 year warranties for their products and their e-cigs are HALF the price. They kicked me out of the store today immediately for expressing my concerns.

Love this place!!! I have been there quite a few times in the past and always have an EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE!! I went there yesterday and today, both days I came in a half hour before before they closed and yesterday I was there 45 after closing and today 30 minutes after closing because I take FOREVER choosing and both days they said "dont worry about it, take your time"...that has NEVER happened anywhere!! Awesome selection of mods, tanks, rdas, RTAs beginner kits etc...and especially e-juice! And you can try all the juice! (i think that is what takes me so long). The customer service is second to none... All in all, dont waste your time going anywhere else! The Vape Way is by leaps and bounds the very best!

Really like this shop. Im not from the area, but stop by Plymouth often with the family as its a great party of the state and figured Id check this shop out on a recent trip. This has to be one if the cleanest and best looking shops Ive ever been in. Super organized, tons of different liquid and amazing selection of beginner to hobbyist gear. I picked up a Tesla Invader 3 on my visit and had a really great discussion about the best and safest set of batteries to use in it for my vaping style. They had some sweet Kennedy/Goon drip tips too and I also picked up a couple of bottles of liquid. Prices were really good and cheaper than I thought especially given the touristy nature of this area.

The guys I have met at Vapewqy have all been extremely knowledgeable, kind, and patient . I am new to vaping and there is no pretense in this shop . I havent bothered to price check or look for the best deal because the information and service I have found at the Vapeway Plymouth is perfect , so why look anywhere else ? Ozzy, Jeff, and Matt have been the only people who I have encountered- and all three of them where extremely knowledgeable and dedicated . Thanks guys for making me feel welcome , and for making me want to come back and give my business exclusively to Vapeway . (Especially on Sundays :)

I spent over 400 dollars on a top of the line dripper and they gave me a bad battery when trying to trade in the battery they said they wouldnt take it because of a nipple dent on the end. Waited around for awhile for them to call management and they said 10% off a new one... pathetic, talk about bad customer service on there part. 14 dollars for a new one its not even about the money just the fact that I spent so much and they wouldnt even take back a bad battery. Really horrible customer service concept. They lose all my service in the future for that.
