Went here for U-Haul due to location relative to what I was doing. The person running the store at the time that I returned the van tried to charge me for four times the mileage (100 vs. 25) on the van that I rented for a local move. Refused to consider that he made a mistake until I said that I was disputing the charge and prepared to walk out. Only then did he consider that maybe he made a mistake, when he realized that his blatant money grab was going to turn into a free U-Haul rental for me when the disputed charge went through. As it turned out, he did make a mistake, as he read the number of miles until the tank was empty vs. the number of miles on the van. He made this mistake because he was trying to multitask and not paying attention, explaining that he was also on the phone with his insurance company because someone hit his personal vehicle. Very unprofessional all around. Will definitely not go to this guy next time I need to rent a U-Haul.

The only reason I come to this beer store is because its the closest store to me. The store is always hot and I dont think they turn on their refrigerators. If you do buy beer out of one of their refrigerators expect it to be warm. Their staff can barely run a cash register. Ive had several instances where Ive waited at the counter for a good 15 minutes while one of the cashiers tried to figure out how the cash register work. Bring cash to avoid any delays, they seem to understand how to do cash transactions. Sometimes I go in the store and theres nobody even at the counter, or the front door will be locked during normal business hours with a sign saying "Be Back Soon" in the window. Their beer selection is limited, but they do seem to have a good selection of wines.

Everthing about the truck was fine, the pick location was the problem. Kemp Mill Beer Wine and Deli. I would never have used them if I had seen reviews. They were a over a half hour later to open and our scheduled pick up time. When they did show the reasoning was that we might be late. When I informed them I would be contacting Budget he told me to go ahead, do you know how much money I make. I called Budget after the experience and were very sympathetic to the situation and would be looking into situation. Ill post as futher details become available. A move is highly stressful and the disrespect that was shown by the person working at this franchise just added to that. Budget themselves have been very helpful regarding the situation.

Its almost like they dont want customers. They werent rude to me at all. In fact the owner (presumably) was quite nice. But they def. dont know how to work the registers. I kind of feel bad for them... But it doesnt cost anything to dust once a week.

Never go to this uhal located here . The Indian man is very evil and will over charge u for everything very evil guy and Im 7 months pregnant he call me after 2 hours and said to hurry up or he will charge extra day

Very rude and Dirty store. I rented a budget rental truck and what a big mistake... Stay Away !!! If you dont believe these reviews, try it and see
