I cannot say enough great things about this pharmacy. I have been both a patient and a prescriber to this pharmacy for over 10 years. The environment is clean and warm and the staff is welcoming and very helpful. All of these factors make this pharmacy stand out as compared to the big chain pharmacies. Eric Yospa is an excellent pharmacist and is clearly an expert in his field as he is extremely knowledgeable regarding medications and drug interactions and this is very useful both as a patient and a practitioner. Eric always goes the extra step and takes as much time as needed to explain things clearly so that both a medical professional and lay individual can I understand. If youre looking for a pharmacy with a very personal touch I would highly recommend Family Pharmacy of Hampstead without any reservations. This is my pharmacy of choice!!!

Horrible customer service - came in after leaving the docs being diagnosed with the flu to get RX filled. Tuesday early afternoon with 5 people working behind the counter and no one would speak to me. Made me wait WITH THE FLU for over 40 minutes for my Tamiflu to be filled when I could barely stand. My RX bag sat in front of attendant for over 10 minutes while she talked around me putting her regulars in front of me. Pharmacist couldnt tell me what my diagnosis meant. **This place of business also does not accept coupons to lower out of pocket costs on BC medications. NOTHING about this business is worth the switch over from a bigger chain such as a rite aid.

I have been going here for many years now, and I cant say I have NEVER had a bad experience, not even one time... I am on 4 blood pressure meds and a pain killer that has national focus and they always come thru for me... Some of my meds are expensive and they take the time to explain cost related issues that , well really i dont understand, but its not their fault, but I digress. I would recommend this pharm over the big ones for several reasons that I will not get into on this forum... Anyway, to all the readers be well and know this is a safe place to get your meds...

Rude!! I was amazed how rude they were. I wouldn't ever call or go back there if someone payed me. Eric was in charge when I went there and he talked down to me like I was an idiot. Save yourself the time and trouble and go somewhere else!!!
