We received a package from a client but we dont know who the client is? most freight companies include the senders name and address and contact info. for some reason which befuddles me, this company FIRST EXPRESS did not have these details on the box and paperwork. not only that but when we called them they have no idea of who sent it either??? SO nice, great service, easy process. I decided to ship souvenirs from our trip back to our home rather than attempt to pack them. I showed up with bags of stuff and the wonderful ladies at First Express carefully packed and shipped my items. Great experience!
