The big chain pharmacies always make you wait for your prescription, even if you phone it in the day before, just so they dont lose money filling something that you might not pick up after all. Not Boltons. They fill your prescription right away when you phone it in, and its there waiting for you when you arrive. The staff is always friendly and courteous too, and the same people have been working there for years, so I always feel like family there. Support your local small businesses and shop at Boltons.

The BEST service and employees. They TRULY care and WANT to help you. Ive absolutely NEVER had a pharmacy treat me the way they do. I was on pain medication for a year and they are the ONLY pharmacy that didnt treat me like an addict too. They also have the most beautiful gifts and jewelry there. Above my budget but not expensive, per say. Ive bought a bit of their jewelry. The employees are so sweet and eager to help. Just the most IDEAL KIND HUMAN BEINGS you could ask for.

I love that I can wait a few minutes for a prescription to be filled instead of being told to come back HOURS later (like the big chains do!) Great, personable service. They always advise if a prescription cost will be unusually high and make sure I have a clear understanding of how to take my meds before leaving. Highly recommend!

I had called to see if a certain medication was in stock and they were on the other line and instead of keeping me on hold forever they asked if they could give me a call back and took my number. They called me back within ten minutes and I thought it was very considerate of them.
