It could be much better if men at the back desk would get off their ass and answer the phone when customers are already waiting on the one guy doing all the work. And I dont have much respect for a manager who cant ring people up when customers have been waiting over 5 minutes. To be honest, I was their about 15 minutes before my transaction was handled. If I remember right it was about 12:45 in afternoon. No excuses.

This staff can sometimes misplace special-order items having to reorder them causing delays in repairs for your vehicle and the very young manager has very little to it any knowledge how Vehicles work
