The store manager needs to know there is a severe problem with your produce dept! Every week we buy baby greens in the clear plastic containers ,and each time you pour it out frim the middle to the bottom inside is green slime. We have reptiles which require these types of greens baby spring mix ,we like 50/50 mix for our friends and family. For the past 7 months every container we have to throw away more than half.We started going to another Kroger that produce section same problem. We can buy 4 to 8 containers and each one has either bacteria or is contaminated. From the top of the container it looks mildly ok but once again more than half rotted. Tonight we decided to try it one more time and once again no one could eat any of it. There are at least 4 other Kroger stores carrying this very same greens and unless you open container you wont be able to see what we are talking about. Another Kroger store on Terry was the worst of all. I have already contacted the health dept and several other agencies. We just bought a container tonight the date use by was the 11th and its only the 5th. Please open up containers look thoroughly and if you dont pull this item people will get very sick or worse. I intend to let all of this to the right agencies. MY GOD a,bag of potatoes was so full of rot the bag was soaking wet with slime please be advised it is,not the first time.

For a store to make thousands a dollars a day, but yet can not pay employees to have opened check out lanes is completely crazy. Everybody in the city does not like self check out, or may have a cart full of groceries that can not fit in to 5 bags, and on a scale. Along with people still do use checks, which is not suppose to be used as a form of payment in self check out lanes, yet never knowing this important info until you have already scanned every item in your cart, had to sit bags on top of bags, hoping nothing falls out, and every other scan becomes an issue because it may had took you a sec too long due to having to try and make all of your items fit into bags on the scales, only to be told the whole transaction has to be voided out, and took to another check out lane because checks are not suppose to be used in self check out, yet nothing at all posted regarding acceptted forms of payment before you start to unload your cart. Kroger is not paying its customers for working while they are shopping and spending their money with the company, so why is the customers forced to use self check out, doing a cashiers, and baggers job for free.

They never have the items Im looking for. They closed 2 kroger stores to open this one. At lease one of those was 24 hours and the other one was closer to me and well stocked. This kroger was out of ginger ale that was on sale but didnt know it because no one there knew where it was located. Today there was no kroger blue sweetner and there never is any kroger brand queso. Poorly stocked store except for overpriced home goods. Then there are pharmacy techs that flat out lie. Waited on a medicine for 3 hours finally they said it wasnt available. Number 10 in line to get meds both lanes not working. Staff wouldnt be able to handle if they were. Kroger fell under the bar with this store. Continue taking pics and document all the stuff you want that is not there. Will probably shop at another kroger real soon. This place sucks! Photos of the typical one line at the pharmacy. Dont even get me started on a medicine they had me wait 3 hours for and waited in this line to be told it was unavailable until tomorrow, after I got a text it was ready. SMH!!!

I was an avid shopper at the old Kroger down the road, and will be a frequent visitor here as well. I love how they try to meet the needs of different customers, bringing in bulk, cheese, sushi, and a larger hot food counter. I use clicklist a lot as well, due to having small children, it makes my life easier. I think my only real complaint is with clicklist. They always have items that the are "out of stock" on, with no substitutes. I wouldnt normally complain, but its not the different uncommon things they are usually out of! Multiple times its for things like milk, or eggs. Items I know if I was to walk into the store I could get. The clicklist counter also gave me creamer that had gone sour... Im guessing it had gotten warn and then cooled again? The seal was on and the sell by date was good. So who knows? Overall I am happy with our new Kroger on Dixie, and will continue to shop. But I also like the changes Aldis has made to their store, and the two will constantly be battling for my business.

I went to kroger last night at 12:10 just to buy 1 item. So I walk in and the only the self checkout lanes near service desk were open, as Im walking back to get my one item I walked past at least 25 people in line and it was not moving. So before I got in line I Googled walgreens to see if they were open and it was so I left. Extremely disappointed that this big new fancy kroger would let their customers stand in one line for that long. They should have had a couple of cashiers on registers to let customers get through a lot sooner and on their way. Needless to say it will be walgreens or walmart market for me if I need to go get something late at night . Basically kroger just lost a customer. I wont be back!!!!!

They were out of green bell peppers but advertised 4/$5. They didnt have Kroger brand yogurt unless it was carb free, whipped or blended. They didnt have ginger root, they didnt have Sweetened Silk Chocolate but only had the original n Cashew. They didnt have but 1 Jimmy Dean breakfast bowl n that was not the kind I wanted. I had made my grocery list prior to coming and a friend of mine talked me out of going to Walmart and picking up the items the items that I picked out at Walmart was $58 at Kroger they were $72 needless to say Im extremely upset. He was frustrated at the fact that I was taking to long however, I had already explained that I wanted to go to Walmart not Kroger. Pissed off man.

Its a Kroger, clothes, kitchen stuff. A little bit of everything. There trying to compete with Wal-Mart supper store. Its not going to work, sale items in groceries are out even though its a bigger store. (Bigger) does not mean (Better). The miscellaneous merchandise the spreading there selves to thin. The extra merchandise such as clothes, lack of selection, prices arent as good as Meijer or Wal-Mart. Most of there extra merchandise will be sitting on the shelf and not being sold. They tried to make an (All in One) shopping experience, that in the end will fail. Kroger needs to stick to what they know (Groceries).
