My husband and I came to Eternal Ink Tattoo and Sonny because we were very unhappy with the work done for us by a supposedly well respected shop in Bloomington, IN. We had gone to that shop on recommendations from friends and reviews on the internet, however, after changing our initial design for wedding ring tattoos based on the suggestions of, and expertise of, the tattoo artist there, we were not happy with the final product. We went back to that shop twice in an attempt to have them fix the work and they refused. On top of that the owner actually refused to speak to us at all. We really wanted to get the tattoos fixed as we felt it was a poor symbol to represent our marriage and Sonny went above and beyond to fix it. Not only that but he did it timely, economically and with a smile! Our new wedding ring tattoos put the other ones to shame and have made us very happy. My husband and I highly recommend Sonny to anyone who is looking for a tattoo artist and please go to him FIRST, not second.

Went to ask about a tattoo and said size to 8 cm or so in length, than was told he didnt know what what 8 cm was so I said to to be about 3 or so inches than he got really rude saying that the area I was pointing out was 4 inches and he just kept repeating him self. I was making a reference with my thumb and finger for a general ideal. Wasnt like I had a ruler to be exact. This guy was rude and must have been offend by he didnt know what metric 8 cm. Wow. Anyone thinking of doing business at the place I would rethink that thought and go somewhere with a person being more of a gentleman wanting your business. FUBAR is this persons attitude.

I recently went to Sonny on recommendation from a friends friend. I was a little nervous and didnt know what to expect- Sonny made the experience a very positive and memorable one! He was kind and gentle and straight forward. which I really appreciated. He joked with my friend and I and put us at ease- we all had the privilege to meet some of his family. His obvious love of his family and his honest and respectful treatment of my friend and i has inspired me to recommend him and his work to everyone i know who is considering a tattoo or getting more work done.

I went there a day ago, being a minor, all other tattoo places in Bloomington had run me around in circles. I called this place and the guy was very nice and was open to doing my tattoo. I was scared because it was my first tat, not a big fan of needles, but it was easy and very quick. Best thing it was cheap! And Im very happy with the result. Hes very by the books to make sure not to get in trouble and I respect that. Thanks so much!! Will be back and I do recommend

I will always go back to Eternal Ink when I want another tattoo. I walked in there to get a second opinion about a tattoo design I found on the Internet and Sonny told me he could do it that morning and for a fraction of the price and time that the other shop had told me. Came in out of the blue from out of town accepted my walk-in with out question and even though I had like a 3 hour tat he was more than willing to stay late into the night and finish it very great experience and nicely priced super clean and mellow

I have had all but one of my tats done by Sonny & he did a cover up as well & I am very pleased with his work. I constantly get complimates on my tats. The work is excellent & the prices are awesome. I highly recommend Sonny for your tats!

Not tidy and unprofessional. I got a very simple outline tattoo and the lines are uneven and messy. Very disappointed with the quality, going to another shop to get it fixed because I dont trust going back here.
