They had this big easter sale today April 5. Threads were on sale from the sign in the store and from the flyer. Threads were clearly on SALE and miss employee fussy pants at the cash register kept insisting that they were not on sale and had this attitude about here like I was making things up. I went back spoke to another lady in charge and she though was not sure her self said that yes they are on sale. I mean how rubbish. Either these employees need to know their product info correctly or dont try to treat customers like they are stupid. I was not looking for any free bee but when u advertise a big sale and its written in ink that they were ON SALE then these ladies u employ need not show such attitude to the customers and make u feel like dirt. Never had anyone treat me that way. Ms Catherine was the name of that lady from my receipt info, what a joke she was. If you are reading this you need to avoid this lady!!! No help just RUDE RUDE and RUDE.

I walked in looking for a art smock for my son I wasnt greeted by anyone I asked the worker do you have any she acted as if I was annoying her.Also she had no clue if they even sold them waste of my time. Rude staff if you dont know where a item is your screwed! I will never go in there again or recommend anyone to go there!

Although the aisles are closer together than Id prefer, I like their store better than the Norridge Jo-Anns. An angular JoAnns set up like a right triangle, it is easier to see the most important places in the store- fabric, patterns, and craft materials. And for the space, the set-up makes sense and I appreciate that.

Great fun place for sewing, crafts, and limited hardware. Helpful staff, well organized aisles and some of the neatest stuff you can find. Superb discounts too! Make sure to check online and get even better prices as you check out.

Absolutely the rudest employees EVER! I used to think I had to tolerate this behavior until I walked into the JoAnns in Lake Delavan, WI. What a fun time we had there. I will NEVER set foot in this store again!

I cant even find a proper rating. Zero desire to help, employees which dont want anything else that their paycheck and go home. Store closes at 6pm on sunday not at 8 pm
