I have never been to any store this worst before. Bought 6 bottles of BUD LIGHT Beer from this store for $5.99 in the afternoon. Got cheaper deal for the same beer in a diffrent store. So tried returning it in the evening. As I lost the receipt, the girl at the counter told me that they wont take it back. When i offered them my debit card details to prove that i paid for it, she called one old guy(didnt see the name) who was very rude & arrogant. he straightaway said that once they sell any thing, they dont take it back!!! (I have never heard of this policy in any store). On arguing that im returning the beer on the same day & the bottles are not opened, the old guy said that he cannot take it back as it is BUD LIGHT !!!!!! I never knew that BUD LIGHT Beers are sold with "NO RETURN" policy!!!! No matter how resonable i tried to be...he always came up with some stupid argument. The last he gave was that its a store policy not to take sold liquors back. When i asked him to show the written store policy...he refused & rudely said that whatever he said is the policy!!!! Bottomline...never ever buy from this store unless u wish to hear store policies never heard before!!!!!!

just called to inquire about multiple keg purchase and wanted to know if they rented any taps to dispense them. he was quite abrubt and rude and ignored my question and just asked how many kegs did i want to purchase. when i told him again what i was looking for he said that it would require a lot of cleaning and how many kegs did i want to buy...again i told him i was looking for a vendor that could supply everything that i needed and he said i would not be able to find those things and...all together...how many kegs do you want to buy. my company has put me in charge of supplying our employees with all of this stuff and i have a $1000 budget that i will gladly take somewhere else.

This place is very organized. I like how everything is sorted nicely. The interior is very clean and neat. It is also nicely decorated with signs and labels. The staff is also very nice. This store is like a comple liquor, wine, beer and champagne store. This store has most of the items from mostly all of the counties in the world. They have a loyalty program which I think is a very good idea, and its worth it. The price is also very reasonable compared to other stores. I would recommend people to go to this store.

Gold Eagle Liquors has changed over time this is one of the place to buy liquor. On this year the employes are simply nice with all the one who walls in. Martha the cashier is one of the most lovely person that I have ever meet. Just with this four sentences I say to much about Gold Eagle Liquors. you would not find somewhere else that has the same treatment to a costumer. "Gold Eagle Liquors is unique"

Contrary to the prior reviews of this fine establishment, i stumbled in to Gold Eagle Liquors only to find a friendly ambience, well knowledgeable staff and a fabulous selection to boot. The prices were a little on the high side, but prices, smhices! This place is a keeper, and i pass on good recommendations... trust me--im an alcoholic!

This place is very nice and I like how the place is very clean and their tiles are always polished which makes this place very nice and clean. It just enhances the experience over their. Overall, it is a good place to buys stuff.

Their website says they open at 9am, but after driving 20 miles, they dont open until 10am. What a waste of gas and time. How hard is it to change the time on your website 3 months after the change is made???
