Let me start by saying that I mostly come here for cigars as Im not a big drinker. The cigar shop is nice and the manager of the humidor is personable and down to earth. Pretty decent selection for being a chain. Can also order cigars online and ship them to store or your house adding to the cigar collection. Humidor and cigar manager are 5 star. It cost them 2 stars, one for each bad experience in the wine department. As previously stated, I don t drink much, but in return for my cigar purchases I like to treat my wife to a bottle of Moscato... Which is very lacking in this store. So bad in fact, one sale associate couldnt even find it and had to ask someone else. The "selection" consists of about 10 total bottles, which is about the same as Publix. I expect more from a store with 500 different vodkas. My other bad experience was waiting for an associate to simply grab and open a box of cigars for me. I sent my wife over to ask for assistance as the humidor room locks (why?) When its closed. Mind you at this time he was stocking wine. He put down the bottle, went to the back, came out with more wine. I left the room and went and asked him myself, and he said hed be right over after he put down the bottles. After being "buzzed" back into the lock humidor, he had gone to help another customer. I waited 6 minutes... Then left empty handed. So... Cigar shop and the cigar manager - 5/5 Everything else - 2/5 and thats only because they have a decent sale price.

We have gone to the ABC liquor countless times, including the wine tasting they do every so often. We are very disappointed and offended by our last experience. There were three of us and yes we may look young but we are 28,25 and 24. Two of us had our IDs on hand and one left their wallet at home(but had a picture of it) but we figured we had been so many times (with the same group of cashiers, one guy even has his famous joke about having to scan your ID and saying your liscense is suspended)they would remember. Well apparently they didnt and we understand there is a policy but to laugh in our face and to bring other employees into the conversation and them laugh too, its very rude and unprofessional. Dont worry, we wont be back and we will spread the word.

I am usually very happy with the customer service I receive at ABC, especially at the Wesley chapel location; however, today as I was cashing out with Donovan (I believe is his name, Orange haired young guy) he decided to talk to me about politics. He continued to ask me questions in regards to whom I supported in the election and why? Apparently he disagreed with what I had to say and had the audacity of arguing with me over my choice and why. I assume he was trying to "poke the bear" as I had on my "Shut the F@@k up, Donny" shirt. Although I was voicing my opinion by wearing my most favorite tee that he obviously disagreed with, I expect and deserve a higher level of customer service than I received as a returning paying customer.

Buyer be-ware they will not back up what they sell or say, they talk a big talk but really do not know anything only take your money and sorry".. I have purchased from this store allot but one item that I was told is good did not come out that way. so when I went to return it after calling them about the issue, " sure come in will work with you store credit etc".... NO way says the asst mgr no recent sorry SOL . then sorry who you spoke too cant give store credit with out recent.. no worries I went to another ABC and was able to exchange no issue. SOME STORES BACK THERE PRODUCT AND WORD. NOT Wesley Chaple store.

I beer shop here all the time. The slection is decent, but every IPA is at least 3 months old. Unacceptable. Even for new offerings. They just started selling a Pretty Things IPA from October! What the heck! Their wine is ok, and the are like any other ABC with no customer service. I once bought a 12 pack of Coors Light. It was discusting... ovbious production problem. They wouldnt take my money back.

As usual ABC has a wide variety of everything you might need related to Wine and Spirits. I typically go there for their beer selection which is above average. Their craft beer selection is growing slowly but they have a good variety of various IPAs from around the country so making a variety pack is a good way to sample several different beers. Friendly staff and quite knowledgeable about the products.

Great selection and the staff really knows what theyre talking about. You can ask almost anyone anything about a beer or wine and they can usually help answer your question or at least point you in the right direction. I like their new addition of the growler station in the back.

Best beer selection in the area. Also good prices on wines and liquors. Always friendly employees who are happy to help you pick out whatever you are looking for. There is a growler fill station as well- which usually has some rare finds.

This place has an extensive alcohol collection, good prices, friendly and knowledgeable associates, and take time to make sure no one is using an fake ID. I know because the associate thought my ID was fake, although Im way over 21.

Helpful staff, very good selection. They also have a growler station with about 10-12 beers on tap. You bring in your growler (or you can buy on there) and they fill it with fresh draft beer. Stays fresh for up to a few days.

This is a great liquor store. The people who work here are really charismatic and easy to talk to. I stopped here the day after my 21st and the guys still recognize me and call me by name. Also they price match.

Pretty much just come here for bloody Mary ingredients and their wide selection of beers but they always have what I need. Theres never much of a wait in line and cashiers are always very nice.

Never does me wrong. They always have what Im looking for, which is usually gift. The associates have good knowledge of the products and make good suggestions. Reasonably priced.

Comparible prices to total wine. They have a decent bourbon selection. Tequila choices are minimal.
