My podiatrist suggested the New Balance store to have them fit me for shoes. My wife both decided to give them a try. When we walked in, there was an angry looking woman behind a desk, who looked away until spoken to. When I asked about a specific style that my Dr. recommended, (the 843) she replied We dont carry that." When I asked if there was something similar, she snapped "WE DONT CARRY THAT." There was a young man who looked embarrassed at her behavior, and tried to help us along with the man he was already helping. I asked about fitting, and he handed me the sizing tool. Its probably not too difficult to use the measuring gadget, but at that point the lack of service and premium price was a bad combination. Everyone has a bad day, and that may normally be a friendly lady. Since I dont know what their circumstances were, we wished them well and left.

I have a very small but wide foot, so I am used to stores not having my size which is 5.5 2E. Decided to go into this store to see how long it would take to get my size if I ordered. Ken the general manager was helping me and when I said I was interested in ordering some shoes, he asked my size and when I told him, he said I just ordered and got that size in! I left one VERY HAPPY customer and WILL be back.

You Are Awesome

The sales man was very helpful. Yoga pants were on sale for $10. Before I could even ask, he went in the back to see if they had any more that were my size. He didnt try to up sell me on my sneakers either. Great experience.

Didnt have the shoe I was looking for. Didnt offer to help find it or order it. Very rude. Not helpful at all. Didnt try to offer me another product. Basically I will never be shopping here
